Worst DQ in Texas! Burgers are to dry, asked for a cheeseburger got plain with no cheese! Service sucks waited 20mins on my meal and they didn't even know if it was mine then called and no one answers just a busy signal! Will not be going back will not recommend this to anyone

My adult grandson and I got the 4 and 6 peice chicken strip basket, the chicken was hot but the fries were old and cold. I took them back up to the counter and asked for hot fries and so did my grandson. They young gal took them and the young man looked at them and said what is this, I said I'd like hot fries. They brought fries out that was just as cold as the first ones. We didn't eat them. $30 dollars for food we couldn't eat. I told them they were cold also and they shrugged it off and said they were fresh.

Stopped through on our drive and tried to order tacos and was told they were out of taco meat, tried to order a chicken finger basket and was told they were out of chicken fingers. So we ordered burgers, they were ok, not much to it besides they were out of American cheese. The drink dispenser tasted awful, told them all of the coke products tasted flat like the syrup was out and they said yeah just put ice in it and it will be better. No, that’s not how you fix that! Do better DQ!! Very disappointed, almost asked for our money back and canceled the order.

My children's food was horrible my hamburger the bread had green pieces of how old the chicken was it was a hard piece that no and it looked that it was very old we told the cashier and she said ok she grabbed my hamburger in front of me she grabbed another bread and put everything in the bread I folded it and gave it to me don't bother me and I tried not to be rude but honestly it was something very ugly the treatment and the food I paid 58 dollars for 2 hamburgers and chicken

Used to be an awesome restaurant back in the day. The new owners have completely run this place to the ground. Never have drinks, or something is always broken. They could've at least remodeled it and made it look more appealing. Hopefully change will come and make this place the way it was before or even better.
The lady with the dark black hair at the register was very rude seems like she didn’t wanna be there, got mad after we asked for our fries. i wanted lettuce and onion on my burger got nothing but cheese and a LITTLE piece of bacon. 0/10. Medium cups had no lid either..cheese curds were salty ranch was nasty fries were cold.

Tie for the worst Dairy Queen burger I’ve ever had, bun wasn’t t fresh, patty was disappointing and bacon could have been cooked longer. I grew up eating Dairy Queen and the crane tx dq was unfortunately a let down.
