This DQ is not what I like about Texas. You can order online 25mins before arriving and your food will still not be ready. If you order the Jalitos burger they only put 2 Jalitos. You can very specific and they’ll still get your order wrong.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their chicken and dumplings were amazing, and their hunger buster is so good.
Flies all around the place, dry jalapeños and hard fries. There was a long hair in my ice cream. Almost had a heart attack from the amount of salt. Fly keeps bugging us.

Went in and there were 3 people working. 1 car in the drive thru and nobody inside. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while 1 person took the order in the drive and the other filled the order. Never said a word to me and never took my order. I just walked out and went next store to Howard's. Now that was a great burger.

Last few times we have been there to dine, the food was very dry and bland. This last time we went, we wanted to eat our meal, then order ice cream for dessert. We were told that they ran out of ice cream. Literally, about 3 minutes later, an employee begins to empty out the ice cream machine into a bucket!! I told an employee that if they're going to lie to customers, at least wait till everyone is gone. Needless to say, I will no longer spend my money at a place that has lazy workers, bad management, bad ownership, and bad food.

I've been to this dairy queen multiple times. When it got updated with better looking menus and new coke machines I thought it would be better then before. Tried the food and it wasn't great, either the patties were overdone or if you order chicken strips they tasted like the grease hasn't been change. I tried the ice cream and sadly that wasn't great either. A simple dip cone didn't even look appetizing. Honestly it was the saddest dip cone I have ever had. I believe that part of this bad food is the service the customers recieve. The workers just looked like they don't care. If you want a great dairy queen, keep driving north 30 miles and you will get great service and food from a dairy queen in Odessa. I've given this dairy queen multiple chances and yet nothing changes.
Hard working staff and fast food good, Zachery, Zatkiel, and Adrian were on point the girl was being lazy.
