Eat in Crane regularly and have found a new place. Recently opened on main street on South end of town. I have eaten a lot of BBQ over the years and you will have to really work to find brisket as good and I don't think you can find ribs as good as they have. Chopped beef sandwich is good but really small for the cost. Bbq nachos are phenomenal and a value for the cost. Skip the burger it is not homemade and there are better in town, but it really is a bbq place so should not have expected a great burger. Sides all seem to come from a box with exception of beans they seem to be homemade and really good. Service is very dependent on who is working. Building is newly remodeled with plenty of room and seating. Some might ask why a 5 if sides and service are not great and the chopped beef can with is expensive. I guess I went with a 5 because the right s are that outstanding the brisket is good the beans are good anhen you come right down to it when you can get really good food for a fair price in a really clean place I think that is all you can ask for from a bbq restaurant. One thing I would suggest is get you a good homemade bbq sauce to go with it and include with to go orders.
