It was a good, old-fashioned hamburger cooked on a flattop. Reminded me of drive-in burgers from days gone by. And, the onion rings and tater tots were crispy and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

Oh, and Tuesday is half-price burger day.

Great food when they are not out of things, but do not plan on eating there, they do not have air conditioning so extremely hot in the dining area. Chicken strips are as good as you will ever find, also had fried catfish that was really good.

We were in Crane for a softball game. We drove to Howard's Drive Inn 10 minutes before close. The lady didn't tell us sorry we are closed. She welcomed us kindly took our order and made us delicious burger, fries and chicken sandwich! Amazing service and delicious food on late Monday night! We didn't even wait that long! Filled our stomachs and warmed our hearts! If we are ever in Crane again Howard's has our business!
