Pulled up to the drive thru to order, female taking the order obviously needs training. I don’t think she understands that she applied for her job and it is a customer driven business.
There was attitude in her voice, management truly needs to re-train her in customer service and dealing with people.
The worst thing about ordering fast food, is the person usually taking the order is in a super rush and doesn’t even give you the opportunity to respond before they start asking the next question.
This was my experience today, rude service and I didn’t deserve it, I was simply trying to order food for my grandson and grandpa.
So I shred with her that she was “great” at her job and drove off.
We are across the street eating at Dairy Queen. The food and service here is great.

My husband works on pipeline. We are staying in Craane, Texas. I just have to brag on the ladies that works at sonic here in town. It’s the best Sonic I have ever been to The ladies there are super super nice It doesn’t matter what time I go there for which lady comes to the drive-through window or when I order online and park in the pick up area I am always greeted with a smile The ladies talk to you and make you feel important that goes a really long way with me so I just wanted to write this review and make the ladies in Crain, Texas at the Sonic here feel important you Ladies are awesome.

So I ordered the ultimate meat breakfast burrito meal. This meal with a burrito tater tots and a drink I believe was $10 and some change. The "ultimate burrito was literally the size of the tater tots rolled inside of it, had really no meat, did have some egg with the tots thou. To order something for $10+, And receive a burrito tater tot size is ridiculous. Will go elsewhere in the future.

3 hours from home after a 13 hour day. Wanted to get something cold to drink and a snack. I wrote this review after 20 minutes of waiting for my order watching the employees fiddle inside and chat with people parked in a stale.

I do not travel through Crane often, but this morning when I just stopped to get a tea the girl at drive-up was just so sweet and polite. Then this afternoon coming home I stopped again for a tea and it was a different girl but she was just as polite, actually when she opened the window to hand me my tea she said hello my friend. But while I was waiting on my tea I was thinking of what I was going to eat when I got home, so after she handed me my tea I asked her if I could place another order. Of course she was just very accommodating with a smile. Just a wonderful visit both times. I cannot wait until I drive through Crane again

We were in a hurry to complete work and get home for Christmas, so we pulled through for lunch on the way to Odessa. The service was fine, however the hotdogs were spoiled. I was half finished with my American Dog when I noticed the casing was green. My buddy's dog was not only green but also had black spots growing on it! There is no way the cook was unaware of the problem! They just covered it up with way too much condiments. Food poisoning put us behind schedule. Merry Christmas?
