This place keeps you waiting for 20mins even though you're the only customer in their lot. They'll get your order wrong after all that time. When you tell them you can't order through the app, they'll lie to you and tell you it works just fine.

If i could give zero stars I would. Bad location, terrible food prep, terrible service. Putting in an order at the speaker was like speaking with a 5 year old while other 5 year olds went crazy in the background.
Unscrupulous owners/operators. They would not honor a BOGO deal clearly listed and in effect on the Sonic app. I’ve had problems with Sonic service and pricing before, but they were completely unapologetic on their refusal today. Won’t be back, perhaps to any Sonic.

Maybe two cars in the drive in and me and another truck in front of me in the driveway I ordered a drink and a snack. Waited so long in the drive thru that I called their number to see what was taking so long. Of course they didn’t pick up … we ended up leaving.
