Went to drive-thru I was told to hold on a second sat there a couple minutes backed up left drive-thru and all the employees are outside in the parking lot visiting with friends

Haven't been to a good BK in a while. Even the Jr meals where fresh
Went to go try the new burgers they had told us they weren’t doing them anymore even tho it was barely 9 and they don’t close till 10pm and then I tried to get some milk shakes and they didnt want to make them because they were already braking down the ice cream machine like what kind of service is that how do u want people to come and try the new things they offer and they’re stopping to sere the new items a hole hour early. Unsatisfied!!

My family and I had lunch today, and I was impressed with the staff, service , and cleanliness. We were greeted by the cashier who was smiling, pleasant, and very accommodating. Manager greeted us as well. We received our food in a timely manner, and our made to order meals were nice and hot. The soda machine, tables and floors were impeccably clean. We had an excellent experience.

This place sucks….I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a meal. I would have left but I was stuck behind others. Worst experience ever. This is common for this place. Whoever manages this store is a freaking idiot
