My family and I had lunch today, and I was impressed with the staff, service , and cleanliness. We were greeted by the cashier who was smiling, pleasant, and very accommodating. Manager greeted us as well. We received our food in a timely manner, and our made to order meals were nice and hot. The soda machine, tables and floors were impeccably clean. We had an excellent experience.
The service is the slowest I've ever seen. I was the only one in line and still waited an hour for just 4 burgers and got my order after 5 people though I ordered 15 minutes before anyone hills had pulled in to the drive-thru. The lady that took the order was great but y'all really got to work on your
On Sunday December 5th, my husband and I went through the drive through. We ordered a #1and #4 without the drinks. Our total came to $18. Plus change. My husband asked if she discounted our drinks and she said “oh yes I gave you a 10% discount. When we got our receipt it showed we got an .18 cent senior discount. Maybe instead of posting a now hiring sign they should train the staff they already have. 10% of $18.00 is $1.80 not .18 cents.We are Seniors but 18 cents is an insult...
