We took our family for the all you can eat catfish yesterday. It was excellent. I ordered the blackened catfish, with the seasoning on the side. I received one large fillet, and before I was even half finished, the waitress said they had already started cooking another for me. We went on a Sunday, which was not the best time to evaluate this Restaurant, there was a very small crowd, 3-4 tables. The service was great and the food was hot, fast, fresh and more than we could eat. We took leftovers home. If you are a Cajun food fan you might want to give them a try. We plan to visit again, on a weekday or Saturday. We need to, ALL, support our local businesses and especially our local restaurants.Keep up the good work, EVANS.
Excellent service. Swamp eggs were amazing! Alligator and boudin balls were great. Fried shrimp was a huge hit. Homemade chips with the overstuffed po-boy were excellent. The only negative we found was the etouffee was a little off and tasted like it had too much flour. Chicken and Sausage gumbo had excellent flavors and the bread pudding was the perfect ending to a great meal. Can't wait to go back!
