Went to redeem my reward points and they're all gone been trying to contact the Pizza Hut to ask them where my points are and all I ever get is oops something went wrong you've got to do better and replenish my points I earned them actually I bought them

I recently picked up two pizzas from the Pizza Hut location in Crockett, Texas, and had the opportunity to witness an interaction that truly stood out. During my visit, there was a particularly demanding and impolite customer, yet the employee assisting him—Melanie—handled the situation with an impressive level of patience, professionalism, and grace. At no point did she lose her composure or allow the situation to affect her demeanor.
Instead, she remained kind and attentive, and even went above and beyond to find a deal that ultimately saved the customer money. I genuinely thought there was no way the situation could end positively, but Melanie made it happen. That kind of dedication and care is not something you see every day.
Experiences like this deserve to be recognized. Melanie’s calm presence and willingness to help reflect incredibly well on this Pizza Hut location, and she is clearly someone who takes pride in her work. I hope her efforts are acknowledged, because employees like her make a real difference for customers.

Love the food but the delivery service is terrible. We've ordered through Uber eats 4 times and have only had a successful delivery once. The first time I had to meet the driver on the highway. The second time we got our order but the order time was extended twice and the food was luke warm. The last 2 times we used Uber eats we had to cancel our order because after an hour it still had not been prepared. No help from Uber or pizza hut.

The lady got our order wrong again and again. Forgot my second pizza so had to wait longer after a 20 min wait already. Went back in and still tried to hand me just one pizza. Doesn’t matter how busy, treat your customers better. Give a customer number so you know what’s going on. You only get enough sauce for half of your bread order. Now I get to go home and make more dipping sauce…. I thought the whole point of ordering out was so you didn’t have to cook.

Had issue with pizza but the Manager was very friendly and professional. She took care of the problem. Follow up pizza was superb. Thank you very much and I will order many pizzas from you. After all Pizza is the greatest of all food items.
