I call to place an order 1:03 pm 8/11/24 I request delivery order,call them almost one hour later, to ask how long I have to wait more for the food?she responded to me your food is waiting here. I respond back to her but I requested delivery she said I’m the one took your order with bad actitud she said well your is Cancel now. She end the call. I call them back because I list she can ask me nicely if I still want the order or delivery quick option or I can go get the order. But no she told she fell sorry for me .. I told her this is not the way you can treat your costumers she and the call again. So after this I will never order back again in Pizza Hut by the way she said she was the store manager and I know she’s not the manager because I know the name of the store manager and I have nothing more to said.

1st they go to the wrong house every time. Then the last two times I ordered delivery, they have forgotten my drinks AND brought cold pizza. I always tip well. I am not ordering from here again!!
