First off, I drink quite a bit of coffee, I am not picky nor am I a chronic complainer and I have never left someone a bad review. I went to Scooters today as a stop off on a very long drive home. I ordered a SF vanilla crème cold brew with almond milk. It was so strong and bitter that I couldn't drink it. I asked if they could add some more milk and they hesitantly did. It was still terrible. I then asked if the could just start over and put more milk and maybe make it not SF (thinking that was some of the problem). The girl at the window was nice but acted like it was a problem and looked at the person in the back. I told her that I would pay for it (I didn't really think I would be charged) so she relayed that message so another drink was made. To my disbelief, I was actually charged for another drink. I paid and left but this one was also so strong and bitter that I couldn't drink it either so basically I paid $6 each for two drinks that I couldn't drink. I understand that this is probably your recipe but I feel like if a customer doesn't like something, it should be replaced at no cost and made until they like it.

I don’t come very often unless I’m working but the two ladies that are there early in the morning have always been so sweet and welcoming. I have worked in customer service so I know it can be difficult especially when it’s early. Thank ya’ll for always being kind and patient.

Went last week I ordered ahead I understand they were closing in about 15min went through drive thru lights out on sign Noone responded on the speaker so I drove around and honked lightly waiting no response honked a little louder the girl came to the windows not so friendly and I explained I knew they were closing in 15 but I had already ordered ahead she looked and said nothing a few minutes later had my order I explained the only reason I drove around I knew she was closing she replied well I'm closing which I understood No matter the OPEN SIGN was still on as well She was NOT friendly at all which is unusual for this location I called and left a recording on their voicemail Noone returned my call 3 days later after asking for a call from the manager We absolutely love our Scooters here in crockett tx

Sent my husband in to get me a Vanilla Latte this morning and he got himself a blended Oreo coffee.
They clearly left the espresso out of my latte and put way too much vanilla syrup! I don’t drink sugar bombs!! I’ve never had a latte taste like overly sweetened warm milk.

Went this morning and the little guy with glasses was RUDE, got my order wrong then REFUSED to give me my money back, saying he would have to call 2 managers to get my refund.. then slammed the window shut. So I got one coffee and paid for 3.
