I have always had a good experience with Sonic. However, my wife and I ate at the Crockett Sonic last night 7/23/25. We had the same order, two hamburgers, onion rings, potatoes and two drinks. Shortly after arriving home, two hours later, we both became ill. Both suffered stomach pain and upchucked the hamburgers. $20 bucks down the drain!

Wow.. Do you love almost burnt over cooked hot dogs?? Chili over cooked ? Cold tots/fries? Slow service? Slow as on 15 mins wait for drinks only. Or about 25 plus mins on food .Then this is the place for you. If not stay very very far away...

Ordered 2 plain burgers for kids, came out with mustard, ketchup, onions and tomatoes. Headset intercom was down so bellhops were going in and out taking orders. Food came out in a timely manner.

Great customer service I ordered a Sprite on DoorDash and it tasted like sparkling water so I called the sonic and asked if it was just me or if it was something with the machine they warned me that there was something with the machine that was not right and told me to come up there and they would fix it although it would’ve been a DoorDash problem they fixed it with a polite and understanding view

I was charged for 2 lg. Slushies, after waiting for 20 mins. A lady name Cmya came to my truck and told me the machine went down I asked for a refund back on my bank card as of the 13th I have still not received it and this happened on the 2nd. Want be returning.
