They never give me all the items I order and pay for in the drive thru, and I don't realize it until I get miles away. It happens so regularly, it's hard to believe it's an accident.
Still the best sauce packets and best crispy tacos. But the menu is so complicated now. Like many fast food places.... The whole process has slowed down. And it's not the workers fault. It needs to go back to its roots. Simplify the menu. Remember who they are.
