This place has really gone downhill. When we first walked in, my 16 yr old son said it smelled like vomit. I told him, just wait, let's give this place a chance. We were seated immediately because there was maybe 10 people in the whole place...it was 6pm on a Saturday night. Then we waited for quite a while for our waiter to come get our drink orders. He finally came and took our drink orders. He was a friendly young man. We ordered three non-alcoholic drinks and they took much longer to come out than expected. At this point we ordered our food. Two orders of ribs and I ordered the Chicken Parmesean Alfredo. Delivery of food was a normal wait time. However, our waiter never came by to check on us or update about our food. The ribs were really good...nice and tender and hot! My plate, on the other hand, wasn't the greatest. I could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The alfredo sauce has dried to the noodles and the marinara sauce was crusty around the edges. The chicken was a little dry as well. I was very disappointed. Our waiter didn't check on us at all...not until we were about done eating and we needed extra napkins for the messy ribs. After that he, we saw him when we were done and to get the check. We will NOT being going back there again. On a dead Saturday night, the food and service should have been on point!!! Unfortunately, it wasn't. Applebee's, y'all need to step up your game!!

For better food service sit in bar area. Server are to busy to take your order they get attitude and throw tantrum when you switch order. Plus watching the server deliver food to wrong table and then 5 minutes ter move food to another table disgusting habits. Lucky we had bartender to start serving us

The waitress was awesome! We were a little rowdy and she handled it well. Drinks were good and food was served quickly. The orders came out without mistakes. Would go back if we were in the area.

Karaoke Night at Crosby is ALWAYS the place to be. Kids eat for half off. Wednesday night 6pm to 10pm. Best Time Ever !!!!?
Ms Linda Mack does a great job running the lunch rush. Great food... great price. Will be going back again. What a change.

I've been to this Applebee's twice and both times the service was horrible it took 20 plus minutes to get my second round of chicken strips and fries. My ribs were cold. Will not go back sucks that its the closest Applebee's.

Always a good place to eat. Had someone new that took my order today and it was a good experience. Even the manager comes out and ask if everything ok.

My husband and I came to the Crosby location all the way from Hardin and we were extremely happy! Our waitress, Ashanti, was phenomenal! She was all over that restaurant taking care of her tables. She went above and beyond as an employee. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. We appreciated her so very much. The manager also came by and asked us how everything was. They are such hard workers and so so nice. The food waa great, thank you to the cooks. Thank y'all for everything!

The staff, especially the hostess who acts like she doesn't like her job, are loud and rude, plus leave you waiting too long for service. We were there for 15 mins after being seated, with only 4 other tables occupied I might add, just for a waitress to acknowledge us then leave to check on her other table before even asking for our drink order. There were several other wait ataff just hanging out talking to each other, loudly. We left and won't go back.
