My first time trying Burger King!!! This location specifically is perfect service🤩these kids look very young and they are hardworking offering me crowns giving the food fast and fresh.They even told me you rule!! Hahah a really good experience for my first time.Definitely will come here again

I came right before closing, they were quick, the food was fresh. The fries were amazing, warm & the perfect amount of salt. My whopper was so good, my chicken sandwich amazing.

Food prepared in advance was not fresh broiled like they say. Wait in line staff is not sufficient in skills to handle a two customers in a timely matter. Should never be more than a couple minutes c’mon a two person line isint hard! The staff too much talking to each other instead of task at hand. The service station restrooms so poorly kept. So I ate the food it filled me up at that was three stars.

The food is always on point, restaurant is clean. The only issue is the young Hispanic lady that works there with glasses
. Anytime you ask for anything whether it’s an extra sauce packet or make a burger a certain way whatever it may be she always makes a face like shes bothered by it. Then she goes with another employee and obviously talks about it because the other employee looks our way. Very childish and incase she doesn’t realize it she works in customer service and it’s her job to please paying customer. We spoke to the manager and said she would talk to her because it wasn’t the first time a customer brought it to her attention about the same employee , the manager was very understanding and polite.Last but not least it’s not a race issue because I’m also Hispanic.Will more than likely not be going back to this location.

Asked for 4 bacon cheeseburgers with no sesame seed buns. They charged me $1.00 per bun change. $4.00 in total. For regular buns. Totally ridiculous!

Let me tell you, the Burger King in Crosby is fire. Luis they did their big one with him. Great management and excellent service, 10/10. Misty was also super sweet!! For sure coming back!!!
