HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have been wanting to try this place out because we keep hearing how good the food is and how different the atmosphere is. I am so happy we finally tried it this morning! The burgers was delicious! Perfect amount of toppings and sides! The Wet Dreams burger and fries was outstanding my husband said it was the best burger he’s ever had and I agree! The fries was still crunchy and the seasoning on the fries was great! Hands down best burgers around! If you haven’t tried it your missing out! We will make eating there a weekly thing from on! Will be recommending to all our friends and family! Thank you to the woman I spoke with over the phone. Very kind and sweet.
We ordered the bacon cheeseburgers a kids hamburger and the fried Oreo's The burgers was absolutely delicious! I haven’t had a burger that good in a long time. The fries was amazing as well! The lady who was cooking came out and spoke with me very friendly and polite. A very good price for the quality! We will go back very soon! DEFINITELY recommend !
I just didn't care for the burgers. May sound odd but they are heavy handed on the seasoning. The other things ont eh menu are pretty decent though. My criticism on the food is from a burger standpoint. The sides are worth a try.

So glad I came across this establishment in Crosby yesterday. Small place, very querky with comics on the walls and Harry Potter pun theme bathroom. Hamburger was DELICIOUS. Made me a side salad, even though it's not on the menu, also DELICIOUS. Service was spot on, friendly and very helpful for a new customer.

My husband , son and I tried Busta's for the first time late Saturday night. The gentleman server that took our order was amazing and so patient. And the cook , she cooked everything to perfection. So I would say we will definitely be going back .... plus my son has not stopped talking about the apple pie egg rolls ??
Kids! Learn to read and count the order and if you are going to use a delivery service, count the number of orders you are shipping out! Usually good, but tonight the kids seems to be running the place, and doing a piss poor job of it. Back to Hippo Burgers I guess!

My sisters and I came here on a spur of the moment stop...and let me tell ya...you gotta try it.The Boudain Eggrolls were DELICIOUS. The corn nuggets were great and the smash burgers melted in your mouth.Make sure you go to the bathroom for a special surprise ;)To top it off, the person working was super sweet!
We had never been to Busta's before but will definitely be having it again. We used Uber Eats to get our food. It was a great choice. My husband had the Cheeseburger and fries, that was sooo good. I had the grilled chicken wrap, again, sooo good. And portion size was wonderful. And we got a kids hulk fingers. Everything was flavorful, good portion size and arrived warm and ready to enjoy!! So glad I had just had out patient surgery today, otherwise, we might not have found this little hidden gem!!! ❤️❤️❤️ DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Went in this place. Parking lot has no lights. Place is small and there were 2 workers. I guess they were busy. Took forever to order and then they never came back to get payment. Glad because we didn't stay. Hippo Burgers it was.Parking: Very little parking lot. If at night it's very dark.

This is our second try and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. Online order was late for pick up and no one was available in the lobby area to manage orders. No one picked up the phone either. I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the spinach wrap itself was hard and a bit stale. Chicken was very dry. Wrap was served open faced, with multiple toothpicks sticking out, which was weird. My fries were completely missing from the order. Giving 2 stars instead of one because my peeps liked their burgers. Also, onion rings are clearly frozen and not prepared fresh. We try to keep it local, but we’ll be skipping Busta’s going forward.
