Roach crawled on the counter while ordering, but I ignored it. Then I got home to eat my cheese steak and on the last bite, I found a rubber band in the sandwich. Terrible service also. ?

The service here is horrible they can't seem to take a simple order then get mad when you don't want the mess up . The manager is rude

I don't know if the workers were high or what, but the cashier had to be told what I wanted 3 different times before she got it right. After all that, I had to remind them about my fries when my food came out. Had the food not been good it would be a 1 star. Perhaps they need better training or some sort of supervision.
