Today is 8-5-25 I went in to grab a number 3 with fries and a slushy for lunch Everything was wonderful. I believe the young lady’s name was Linda. She was running the front counter. She was having a bad day and told me thank you for being nice even though I’m usually a nice guy I hope this message finds her and finds her to have a better day and week! Thank you

Absolutely love the cook Angelina customer service is always 100% she is always respectful and making the order extremely well the drive thru worker Rebecca customer service is always 100% if you go this the checkers in Crosby always go at night because during the day they will take all day to get to you they sit there and talk and talk about you -0 for morning shift

The manager there 2nite is the best manager Ive ever came in contact with. I believe her name was Alexa maybe. She is so genuine and so courteous it’s almost unbelievable. She made me want to visit again just because she was so sweet and kind. These kind of people in the fast food industry are so few and far between. If i ever have an opening where I work in the oil and gas industry that needs someone like her i am so going to steal her away. She definitely needs to be more than a manager. She needs to be the face of the company. Love her

Ordered food in deive thru. Asked to pull around. Had to wait while others behind me got their food. All i Ordered was 2 burgers and fries. Had to ask for my money back before the finally gave me my food. Wont be back ever again and will be letting everyone know about the poor service.

Try the brisket melt or bosswich. Just don't expect much, or even remotely whats advertised or what you pay for. You cant tell the difference between them even though bosswich supposedly is 3x the size. First order had zero brisket, took to them and the results were less than stellar. Taste good. But if you expect anything remotely resembling their ads, prepare to be sadly disappointed and confused. And no....they have no idea what the difference is just what someone said to do.
