I have been here several times now. They are extremely slow! Quit hiring kids! If you had hired me, this would have never happened. Then they bring the order out front and struggle to find out whose order it is. Ridiculous! I ordered today and part of my order was a double cheese burger, but we received a single cheeseburger. Not acceptable! Get it together!!!

Everything was better when the manager was there like a year ago now, it's just a high school with the employees talking in the back, and the customers in the front, I was there for 5 min like 5 employees just talking in the back so I left to get me something from the gas station. Bad bad... I never put bad reviews but this one deserves it. Ain't coming back...

Today is 8-5-25 I went in to grab a number 3 with fries and a slushy for lunch Everything was wonderful. I believe the young lady’s name was Linda. She was running the front counter. She was having a bad day and told me thank you for being nice even though I’m usually a nice guy I hope this message finds her and finds her to have a better day and week! Thank you

Absolutely love the cook Angelina customer service is always 100% she is always respectful and making the order extremely well the drive thru worker Rebecca customer service is always 100% if you go this the checkers in Crosby always go at night because during the day they will take all day to get to you they sit there and talk and talk about you -0 for morning shift
I have never had something that wasn't a perfect craving fix from here. The funnel frys are mouthwatering.

The manager there 2nite is the best manager Ive ever came in contact with. I believe her name was Alexa maybe. She is so genuine and so courteous it’s almost unbelievable. She made me want to visit again just because she was so sweet and kind. These kind of people in the fast food industry are so few and far between. If i ever have an opening where I work in the oil and gas industry that needs someone like her i am so going to steal her away. She definitely needs to be more than a manager. She needs to be the face of the company. Love her

Ordered food in deive thru. Asked to pull around. Had to wait while others behind me got their food. All i Ordered was 2 burgers and fries. Had to ask for my money back before the finally gave me my food. Wont be back ever again and will be letting everyone know about the poor service.
