Princess wanted Mac n cheese and some fries. I have yet to stop by this one here in Crosby, but there was maybe 6/7 cars in front of me but they handled it swiftly. I also grabbed some Mac and a spicy chicken sandwich, both werw pretty good and the employees were AWESOME!

this place always gets my order wrong or something is missing, it’s so annoying. I have gave this location not twice but three times the benefit of the doubt and once again they didn’t fail to disappoint. I order through Uber Eats this time and order an 8oz CHICK FIL A sauce along with some other items cause they always forget the chick fil a sauce !! The gave me RANCH. I understand not having or selling out but come on not a call or text which their supposed to do or refund my money. Now my appetite is ruined $30 down the drained all thanks to y'all's unprofessionalism. It’s frustrating this is the closest location to me from Dayton.

Got the CF Biscuit ,coffee and hash Brn plus my older boy 2 weeks ago got us sandwiches combos for dinner and food is very tasty and really good.. ohh and coffee ☕️ 👌🏽. Its extremely rare for me to buy in chick fil A but things changed, now im stopping by anytime 😊 from now on 🫠 Service very nice and no rudeness at all. 🙏🏽

Very cliquey still possesses all the charm of a chickfil with deceit in its most polite forms. I heard in Spanish upon my visit several very uncomfortable comments from workers near the front. The orders weren't punctual there was a manager who kept walking by me or it may have been a team lead she kept asking me why I was still there after I told her eight or nine times. I give it a low score because I really value chic fil a as a restaurant, and this one is off by alot
Sure would love utensils to eat this Mac and cheese. Common occurrence at this location.
