That being said, you must try their Chinese BBQ Ribs, General Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice. Amazing! The ribs were nicely charred, sweet, and sticky. General Chicken was crispy and sauced very well, not that soggy mall General Chicken. Oh my god, the Shrimp Fried Rice had that hot wok taste and fluffy rice with umami flavor, so delicious!

We haven't been to China Ko in a while, and drove a hour from home to get there. Friendly service, quiet atmosphere and food was as good as before. Four Happiness plate is my favorite among others and the wife has always liked the shrimp and chicken spicy delight. Large portions and needed 2 to go boxes. Will definitely be back again.

The restaurant interior is beautiful. Set up like a buffet, but is no longer a buffet. The service was great. But unfortunately everything was either over cooked, sour tasting and tasted of burnt grease. We did take to go boxes with barely eaten meals ( for 2) with us and gave it to a couple of homeless guys. They were grateful. It was a hot meal for them.

China Ko has been a favorite for over a decade! Thermodynamics was hot, as always. However, the seafood soup was very underwhelming, not enough of anything, just a whole lot of broth, a hand full of shrimp and very few veggies, not like the very hearty, perfectly filling soup we could get at the now closed East Hou location. Please, adopt that restaurant's recipe!

Closed the beltway location so we had to give the original china ko in Crosby a shot. Just as good, great portions super fast service and our favorite waitress Blanca is now at this location. Will definitely be back.

I use to eat her frequently it's been a good 8 months and I have no clue what happened but they have mushrooms in the beef lo mein and the beef and broccoli the flavor of both are different it also has celery which throws it way off to me the veggies taste like dirt waste of moneyš we need a new Chinese place in Crosby this place just isn't it anymore
Has been my go to for Chinese food since I was little. Their lemon chicken is better than any other place Iāve ever had. A lot has changed over the years. The food is still delicious.

The absolute worse Chinese food Iāve ever eaten in my life. I cannot put any words behind how bad the food was. It is not your traditional Chinese food & if so I cannot tell. I ordered from the last night off of a menu which I was told was āoutdatedā upon arrival. I donāt eat chow mein but being that was all I saw again on the āoutdated menuā I ordered it. One order had no noodles in it & the other was terrible. They refused to swap the already paid for items for what I actually wanted. The eggrolls taste like dirt. Sweet & sour sauce tasted like it was cooked with ginger. Just an overall terrible experience & terrible staff. I should have known to stay far away from this place when I pulled up its behind a Verizon store & had absolutely no cars in the parking lot. It is also a buffet too so that may play a part in why their food is so terrible. I spent a total of 60.00$ & woke up this morning with diarrhea. Stay away from this place by all means.
