The absolute worst fin restaurant in Texas I showed up @ 9pm on 8-2-25 & their young kid workers said they are closed. I’m done supporting this franchise! If your in need of chicken and better service go to Popeyes down the street!

This Church’s Texas Chicken is a complete disappointment. The customer service is terrible: rude employees, no interest in helping, and no effort to provide proper service. They don’t honor promotions as they should and make customers feel unwelcome. A place like this doesn’t even deserve one star. I will never come back.

In Crosby, TX: HORRIBLE customer service! Their sign CLEARLY says they close at 9. It is 8:30 and they have locked the front doors. Customers are standing outside (with 30 minutes of business hours left) and the employees are trying not to make eye contact with the customers. Now one of the young boys working is motioning for everyone to go through the drive- thru. He won't even come to the door to talk to us. I wonder if they realize the money that pays their checks comes from the customers that they're ignoring. This is unacceptable.

And obvious language barrier, and I speak that language fluently and still couldn't understand the order taker. The food was cold, no utensils, no napkins, guess they figure that the drive thru patrons will just have to accept it. I will never come back to this location.

Amazing. This was, hands down, the BEST fried chicken I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve had some good fried chicken. The service was lightning fast and the restaurant had a homey vibe to it. This was an experience I literally haven’t forgotten, i went here a year ago and still remember enough to write this review. This is a must see if you are in Houston or even in Texas.

Service was not enjoyable. They seemed irritated to take my order. I said thank you and didn't even get acknowledged. The food was not appealing. I didn't even eat it too tell you how it tasted. I will not return to the Crosby location.
