if i could give negative stars i would, ive had nothing but issues in the past but this is unacceptable. they can’t follow simple instructions. ordered bacon and pineapple on my pizza and received ham and ham burger, called to get it fixed and re-delivered. was told it would be 15 mins as i’m only 0.8 miles away. i ended up waiting 45 mins for them to arrive again just for them to NOT EVEN HAVE THE PIZZA LIKE HELLO?!? so now it’s been well over an hour since i’ve placed my order and they’re coming back a THIRD time. very unprofessional and just absolute incompetence at this location. i would get better service at a child’s lemonade stand. its like i always seem to have the most issues when “zachary” prepares my order. i suggest getting whoever that is out of the kitchen if you don’t want bad business.

We placed an order at 6:54 pm. By 9:04 pm the order still has not been delivered. We gave them enough time to complete this order. Online time said 26 min delivery. After 40 min we callled. They said wait 1 more hour. We called after 1hr and 45min and they said order was on the way. After 2 hrs we called and asked to talk to manager. Manager Zachary said, not to be rude but have you looked out your window??? We have not had power for the last 2 hours. The 2 other times i called they told us they was busy. Not once they said they didnt have power. Bad service and bad management. Definitely will never use this place for future orders.

One of your employees working the drive thru window called me a liar and shoved my receipt in my face and said I didn’t click “none” jalapeno option but clearly I did on the app cause it says only pineapple.
She was a brat and really needs some training on people skills.
One of the managers apologized and refunded my order. I tried to email the head manager the photo so he could see a visual and help solve the problem they have on the app/their computer in store but the email given was invalid and wouldn’t send so I decided to post here in hopes they saw it.

Man, if your drive thru that is just for pick up is getting backed up with six cars while someone sits at the window for 10 minutes, ask them to go park so everyone else can get their orders that are ready. I was in a big hurry and there's no way out of the drive thru
