One of your employees working the drive thru window called me a liar and shoved my receipt in my face and said I didn’t click “none” jalapeno option but clearly I did on the app cause it says only pineapple.
She was a brat and really needs some training on people skills.
One of the managers apologized and refunded my order. I tried to email the head manager the photo so he could see a visual and help solve the problem they have on the app/their computer in store but the email given was invalid and wouldn’t send so I decided to post here in hopes they saw it.

Man, if your drive thru that is just for pick up is getting backed up with six cars while someone sits at the window for 10 minutes, ask them to go park so everyone else can get their orders that are ready. I was in a big hurry and there's no way out of the drive thru

Almost hit by one of their drivers and then he proceeded to flip the bird and honk his horn at me. Great job representing your store. The manager wasn’t helpful at all and I’m all but positive she probably just laughed it off with him or didn’t believe me. This is why we order from papa John’s or little Cesar’s instead of Dominoes. We didn’t even get pizza that night and they still left a bad taste in our mouths.

I normally go and have a great experience but this the customer service was not good! I used the special coupon, and the staff member was rude. Tell me I ordered the wrong coupon. "You pressed the wrong button!"kept telling me I was wrong. The manager came over, and without embarrassing anyone, he honored my order, which was an automatic coupon. She didn't like the outcome, and it showed. I will consider returning.
I Like there food but, Why would you call me 40 mins into my order ask to change delivery to pick up....... why dose dominos allow people to place delivery orders can't preform on time or even near the time was estimated. Should come up with a away not to let people order delivery online if dominos can not do it at that time

Normally the Crosby location is the best Domino's in the area. Today was the first time we used the pick up window ? not ever again ? we sat in a line for over 30 mins and no one ever came to the window, we was 3 cars back with 3 cars behind us the car at window finally pulled up and went inside, then someone came to window and disappeared for another 10mins we couldn't pull up or back out of line my husband got out of the truck and went inside got out pizza but we still had to sit there till they got the person in front of us's pizza .... Grrr. Never again!

pizza is always raw and undercooked. not to meation it’s super greasy. if i wanted my pizza like this i’d go to little caesar’s. fix the way you make pizza or change your employees.
