The service is awful. Most of us sat at the table with empty srinks while the sever was playing on her tablet. Then also forgot to ring in my to go order. The food is pretty good tho. Wish there was a little more consistency with flavors. If you order extreme hot one day it would not be as hot as it would be another.

Food is decent but getting an order is another experience. We just ordered and sat to wait for 40 minutes. 30 minutes in we asked why 5 other FAMILIES who ordered after us had been served and we had seen 5 pick up orders go out. She said they are working on it. 4 chorizo bean and cheese tacos? But ok. 10 more minutes our food still wasnt even started. We got a refund and left. They literally refunded the food only and charged us for our sodas lol. Thats their right, crap customer service but whatever. However looking at the receipt she charged us for bottled mexican coke when we ordered cheaper fountain sodas. The attitudes we got from the moment we walked in the door was just the icing on the missing tacos i suppose.

Been here a few times now. Food is always good. Tonight I was stuck in horrible traffic and could not make it to pick up for over an hour. They were very understanding and asked me to call when close to redo the loaded fries. Thank you for the great service.

Wrong order, female argued instead of solving the issue. Highly unprofessional, finally I refused the order and requested a refund to d escalate the situation. I needed to pay again in order to fix the mistake, I requested a manager n she said she was the manager 🤦♀️. I would sponsor her training if I could, unsatisfied customer.
Been a few times, staff is friendly as can be and the drinks are always excellent. Can definitely see that the bartenders care about their product. I ordered bone in wings and they were great. Super tender was able to just pull the bones out didn’t even have to eat around them. Stop by for good food and good drinks as well.
