I've been going to Hector's for about 20 years and everything has always been good.... Until today. Asked for green sauce, it never came. My enchiladas had some some weird red sauce on them. It was terrible. I was given 2 sides of rice, and no refried beans. My son ordered 3 chicken enchilada but received only 2. He asked for half lemonade and half sweet tea twice and was given unsweet weak tea. To go from no issues here for 20 years, then to multiple issues all at the same time. Extremely disappointed.

Its a hidden gem and very glad I tried it! The food was awesome and the meat so tender! The staff was very attentive and nice. It was a little hot inside though....but other than that A-1 service!

As a Crosby resident I Don’t really like this place, however I keep coming because it’s the only Mexican food that’s halfway decent in Crosby! However, the best thing you’re going to get listen it’ll save you a lot of time it’ll save you a lot of money! Order a cheese quesadilla on a flower tortilla, rice and beans don’t order nothing else because I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and it’s all very Mediocre at best, Not authentic whatsoever! Not much thought put into the food at all, not much seasoning at all!
