Decided to give this place a 2nd chance because the 1st time wasn't that great. I was disappointed yet again. I ordered a cheeseburger and a kid's grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was advertised that it came with fries and they were missing. The cheeseburger patty tasted like the grease from the skillet hadn't been cleaned in a while. I'm all for local businesses, but at least meet the minimum expectations when it comes to taste and advertising.

Amazing food!!! Bit pricey because you have to get the burgers, drink and fries all seperate (no combo discounts) but worth it! Large portions, freshly made, nice people, clean bathrooms and dinning area. Love this place! If you order uber eats or door dash you might have to wait a bit because it is very popular and everyone is always ordering that way. Doesnt take long when you go in though.
This burger place is great. Burgers are fresh and made to order. The onion rings were fried to perfection. A must have if in the Crosby area. Way better than fast food!

I am taking a training course here in Crosby Tx. Lunch is catered each day. Yesterday's choice was Hippo Burger. Really didn't want a burger so decided to get a chicken sandwich. I like Mushrooms and they had a chicken sandwich with mushrooms so i went for it. This was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The bun, the perfectly grilled onions, melted cheese and the Mushrooms. you literally tased everything individually. The chicken breast was juicy and seasoned perfectly. This really is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I'm a Virgo, picky and not easily impressed, and again this was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had.

The burgers were decent, nothing fancy. Might need to add some seasonings & dill pickles.The mushroom burger had a lot of liquid. It felt like they opened a can & just slapped on the burger.

Always good food, the variety is extensive and the quality is great. The wait is minimal and the prices are reasonable. They have something for everyone and the staff is very friendly. I always get to go so I'm not sure how the vibe is eating in but it seems like a chill place
