Came here around 8:50/9pm and they already had their doors close. The dining area doesn’t close till 10pm I was just trying to place by order and leave this is ridiculous why have literal teens working. And they can’t even do their job right do better why even have a time when y’all will close it when ever never coming back to this location don’t recommend anyone to go this is beyond ridiculous I will put a complaint with Corporate do better smdh

I tried to go in the dining area at 9:25 PM. Says the closes at 10 PM. They told me go through the drive-through which sucks. I had my big trailer so I went somewhere else.

I have tried to stay loyal to this jack in the box. Honestly im not sure if they are even trying anymore. This is maybe the 3rd time I've bought a large amount of tacos and they dont put cheese in them. I really dont like the fact that also dont answer the store phone when you call. 😒. Please people in charge fix this

Sat at speaker box for ten minutes nobody came on, drove to window to order, had no Diet Coke or Pepsi, finally got my order and it had no ketchup nor any napkins, and the smash burger was disgusting…I’d eat at McDonalds over that any day. Very disappointed.

The lady taking g our order was a rude person Had to get food to go as ac wasn't working it was really hot in restaurant Was told they didn't have any tea . Ice machine didn't work Almost all of the dri KS in machine were out of order This was worst jack in the box ever and we drove out of our way ro eat their

Every time I go to this jack in the box my order is always wrong. How the hell is it a 10 minute wait for an OLD JUMBO JACK it wasn't made right at all. No pickles no ketchup old wilted Lettuce and grilled onions. What the hell? It's not rocket science, you are literally reading a screen.

They need to get rid of the assistant manager she is not very professional can't understand a word she says only one employee (male) that was nice and willing to correct our order i wished I could have gotten his name he was nice but that female assistant manager was horrible i know she came from the baytown location and she was horrible there. Plus inside the place there is water dripping all over the tables the counters it's horrible I won't go back

Came here at 1:08am the person working was so rude yelling at us saying he is only taking mobile orders or door dash orders. So we go out of line and put in a order then got back in line was once again yelled at telling us to park without even asking us what our order was and told us he doesn’t know what to tell us to do cause he has other orders. This employee was so rude right off the back and yelling I think it is so ridiculous that we had to place a mobile order to be able to get food here . It seems to me like this employee just didn’t want to work.
