The lady taking g our order was a rude person
Had to get food to go as ac wasn't working it was really hot in restaurant
Was told they didn't have any tea .
Ice machine didn't work
Almost all of the dri KS in machine were out of order
This was worst jack in the box ever and we drove out of our way ro eat their

Every time I go to this jack in the box my order is always wrong. How the hell is it a 10 minute wait for an OLD JUMBO JACK it wasn't made right at all. No pickles no ketchup old wilted Lettuce and grilled onions.
What the hell? It's not rocket science, you are literally reading a screen.

They need to get rid of the assistant manager she is not very professional can't understand a word she says only one employee (male) that was nice and willing to correct our order i wished I could have gotten his name he was nice but that female assistant manager was horrible i know she came from the baytown location and she was horrible there. Plus inside the place there is water dripping all over the tables the counters it's horrible I won't go back

Came here at 1:08am the person working was so rude yelling at us saying he is only taking mobile orders or door dash orders. So we go out of line and put in a order then got back in line was once again yelled at telling us to park without even asking us what our order was and told us he doesn’t know what to tell us to do cause he has other orders. This employee was so rude right off the back and yelling I think it is so ridiculous that we had to place a mobile order to be able to get food here . It seems to me like this employee just didn’t want to work.

What is wrong with this place?! We just left the drive thru. We order two sandwiches two orders of egg rolls and a large drink. We got on the road. We got the. Sandwiches ok. One box of egg rolls with only two egg rolls in the box. We made it very clear that we wanted two full orders! They have screwed my orders up before I stop going. Months later I try again. Still sucks! Not going back!

The lady Tina was extremely rude. You can not hear her threw the speaker. Get up to the windows and she is extremely rude , when I told her you can not hear her on the speaker she rolled her eyes. She told me the total and I paid but when I got my change i told her I was 5 dollars short, she tells me to look at my receipt, she finally hads me my food but it is not what I ordered. So I pull around to the front and the 2 young boys one of there names is Christopher was very polite and understanding and made me my food hot and fresh and apologies for the rude lady at the drive threw, they said the manager just left. But I am still 5 dollars short. I will never be back.

How does it take 15 minutes to get through the line, 5 more for them to open the window to accept payment and I still get asked to pull to the front bc they forgot to make my food. Counted 5 people inside and it still takes more than that to make a burger?

The gal that worked the window was great, there was a problem with my order and she went above and beyond to make it right!! This is the kind of service you get from the higher end restaurants.

Always check your food. They always forget something. Was going good for a while when I thought they got a new manager or something. But lord if you walk in, the one walking in and out of the office clearly hates her life.

Apparently these people cannot get a simple order right. I doordashed an order tonight two of the bacon buttery Swiss jack combos . The order got to me and the burgers were wrong then I try to call them and they dont answer I called 3 times. My husband goes up to jack in the box for them to fix and when he got home they had yet again got it wrong. How do you mess up a simple burger ? I used to work in fast food as well I understand it gets stressful but never have i messed up the same order twice . And Brandon that works up there is rude and at first gave my husband attitude for wanting the food that we actually paid for. Whoever the GM is at this location really needs to handle their employees
