I am usually totally satisfied with John E’s. But today… I am not. I asked for 10lbs of mild seasoned crawfish. I didn’t receive 10 lbs because the bag they came in had water at the bottom. Whenever the young ladies work the drive thru window, it’s great customer service, I get what I ask for. The guys at the window today was not it, especially the one with the fake English/ Australian accent. I’ve been going to John E’s before it was named John E’s. I would hate to stop because of this🤔

My daughter and I went to this great establishment for dinner. I ordered medium spiced crawfish and she ordered spicy. Well the heat on hers was a little different from what she was used too. So, Jayleen our very nice and attentive waitress spoke with the manager Nate about a remedy to tone down the spice. He was more than accommodating and fixed the crawfish order. We will most definitely return as always for awesome food and wonderful atmosphere!

As a native of SW Louisiana it's refreshing to visit a place that reminds me of home. Great food and true Southern hospitality. My family and I discovered this place about a month ago and have been every week since.

So you would think after 2 years some major improvements could happen with this place. However once again just disappointment. I will never eat here again and i encourage the entire town of Crosby to find a new place to eat. If your going to spend $100 on food please go spend it somewhere else. My last visit was worse than the first. Crawfish were mushy and cold, the shrimp were overcooked and hard to peel, and why serve crabs if you're not going to have the tools needed to eat the product. The people employed here are rude and have no regard for customer service. I'm thankful I didn't get food poisoning like last time.

Went there last night was very disappointed ordered fried pickles for an appetizer they were a dark color like they were cooked in old grease and a lot were stuck together ordered crab and corn bisque was very mediocre ordered combination catfish and shrimp platter the shrimp were good but the catfish was undercooked and fishy tasting and when you cut a piece the batter separated from the fish. Also they had one man playing and singing it was so loud you could not even have a conversation.

We recently went to eat at John E's, and it was great! The crawfish was tasty and fresh. The kiddos enjoyed their meals, as well. Zoe was our server, and she's fantastic! She was very tentative and sweet. Thank you, Zoe, for such great service...and thank you, John E's for great food!
