ZERO STARS. I ordered the $5 breast fill up box. Out of original, would be 15 min. Out of green beans. This is at lunch time (12:15 p.m.) on a Friday. Place was dirty. Restroom stunk worse than a port-a-potty. Worst KFC I've ever seen.

I gave them 2 stars because there are 3 ladies doing very good effort is not enough. 15 minutes waiting for my food and they were not so busy as to take that long. the kitchen looked clean but when you line up and the soda fountain is very dirty and sticky. This local is falling apart.

I have been very patient with this KFC but I cannot do business with them anymore. The food is marginal (Fast Food!) but there is ALWAYS a problem. Missing food, wrong food, long wait times and as I said marginal food at best. I have eaten at other KFC/Taco Bell restaurants in the Houston area and have had excellent food. I have never had excellent food here and that is a shame. I just can't do it anymore and I would recommend that you NEVER come here.

Tables, floors are dirty and need to be cleaned, front door to entrance needs to be cleaned, flies need to be gotten rid of and customer service needs improvement, as well as no napkins available till I asked for them which took about 5 minutes.

If I could give a zero I would. Not once have I gone there and not had to wait or they were completely out of something. It's gross on the inside...idk why I try to come back thinking it would be any different.

Stopped here for dinner. The service was quick and Lorenzo had an exceptionally great attitude! It is hard to find people in the service industry that are so positive and helpful. Even the kids took notice and made it a point to get his name to bring recognition to excellent attitude. Well done, Lorenzo.

This restaurant should be closed and the building torn to the ground. Almost every employee should have retraining and customer service explained to them. Food delivery is terrible slow. Restaurant is dirty. Bathrooms unusable and dirty. Saw management counting the money drawer on the food preparation area. If KFC / TACO BELL cares about there customers please make an unannounced Vista yourself.

The Taco Bell and KFC is a good combo; it's a little slow on the service side and I've been missing items so I've gotta double check.
