On Jan 1 I ordered curbside I waited for 32 minutes before I decided to go in and still didn't receive any service them got back into my car and went thru the drive thru before I finally received my order after waiting 47 minutes for a McDonald's order this is totally unacceptable and the general manager of the store should be held accountable for this unacceptable performance

There is no baby stationary in restrooms, where are we suppose to go change our baby’s diapers go out to our car while our kids are playing inside or?

Every single time I've came here, I've had to park and wait for my food. It's ridiculous to have to wait over 10 minutes for two, five dollar meal deals. And then get my food cold.

Worst McDonald’s I have EVER been to. I have come here about 10 times and 8 of them I had to park and wait for my order. It is just me and a simple value meal. I will never visit this McDonald’s again!

The drive Thursday was ridiculous 7 cars parked and wanted me to park for the Rib combo. I replied no this is drive thur, give my money back if I have to park. Received the food sandwich was skimpy with the BBQ sauce cold fries. The emp. Moral was low and unfriendly. No smiles and knowledge of the long wait. Why no one could be informed of the long wait time?
Retrain mgmt to focus on the Quality and Hospitality not on speed!!! Especially if they're going to LEAD A CREW. ALSO WEAR A HEADSET TO ASSIST WHEN THEY NEED HELP WITH TAKING ORDERS. JUST MAYBE, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT MIGHT IMPROVE. HAGD!

Terrible service all around, 45 minutes in a drive thru for 2 burger meals. Even ordered ahead on the app to try to get it quicker. Give me my order with no fries, make me drive back around and wait in line again, then when I finally get to the windows, you make me park for another 10 minutes just for fries

Having to work overnight shift was picking something up to have later. Lettuce does not reheat well, ordered a Big Mac simply asked for lettuce on the side instead of on the sandwich. Was met with utter confusion. Had to get a manager who also was totally confused. It seems that unless it is a actual button they can push no one at this location can figure out how to add the lettuce but not on the actual burger. Just another glaring example of how common sense or independent thinking is a thing of the past. Lord help us if these are the people taking care of us in our golden years.

Worst establishment ever. Staff is rude, slow and could care less about how you feel. Needs new management.
Today’s experience there was a 0 rating. Over an hour wait for nuggets.
