Awful experience. it took 30 minutes for my mediocre (if even) food to arrive! I saw two HUGE roaches scittering around and the overall enviornment was just... gross. the atmosphere was messy and I felt as if i needed a shower walking out of there. Save your time and money, its not worth it.

Boudan balls with chipotle sauce are frickin awesome!! The chicken quesadilla is pretty amazing too! Smoking is allowed. Pool tables and games.

Went in for lunch. The Ruben Sandwich was huge and tasty. The Pizza looked great and smelled delicious. Might have to try it next time

This is the 3rd time Outlaw Rays has double charged my debit card. I enjoy going there but if I don't watch them as I made sure to do so this time I'm getting double charged for my bill. Actually the 5th time this has happened. They correct it but why do I have to go through this and have to wait for my money to be returned. This time it caused a over draft with my bank account. I'm really tired of this.

Split up into two rooms with a dozen diamond pool tables, close to that many dartboard, golden tee, tvs everywhere, front bar and pizza corner with handmade pizza you can watch, lots of tables and chairs from lunch until 2am , down the hall through doorway is pool tournament room with darts, lots of seating a separate 40ft bar with staff separate from front room ready to handle kitchen or bar orders
So let me start by saying this. The pizza and wings are GREAT. You won’t be disappointed.The atmosphere is also cool af. Pretty laid back. Singo is a great time (Tuesday was better btw).Servers are cool AF too. We always get great service with Riley.Pretty good specials for all the Houston sports teams games.Now here goes the bad…… how in the F can you be a sports bar when half the tv’s don’t work and the projector you play the game on are blurry as hell. Please do better. I can count at least 15 tvs that don’t work… smh…I would recommend this place to watch all sports but until you fix your tvs I can’t.

We have been in before. Last night was by far the worst experience so far. Waitresses sat on phones or talked with each other all night. Food was good but they couldn't get our slider order right. We were brought the wrong bucket of beer. It was all around the worst service and will not be back.
