Received my online order and completely wrong, called the store and spoke to CeCe, identified as manager.. very rude… didn’t offer any options only to void order…will never order Papa Johns again…horrible experience. Don’t normally leave reviews but need to do this… they don’t know the 1st thing about customer service and how doing things right. Poor!

One guy basically runs that place n his a dedicated worker, I’d messed up on my order placing and he fixed it with no issues, I hope he reads this and know that his work n dedication doesn’t go unseen and I hope he continues to keep that drive!

This location used to be good a long time ago.the food,service seems to be optional now.this year they still had the no contact delivery(used it ) and recently decided to start making us sign despite payment online,everything is supposed to be no contact.never had these issues before.have text communication.they don’t communicate at all about anything. They have consistently high turnover and it shows with service. I feel bad for employees because if they treat customers this way and use exclusion tactics it’s a no win 🏅.its too expensive to get such low and random customer service.we are paying higher cost to deliver.wonder if anyone else is having to sign for delivery and no option to “ no contact delivery “.? I’ve already contacted the company.i don’t see improvement so……
