You order through the app, to arrive at the store. just to wait for your food and stand for 10 minutes, with no one acknowledging you. I placed my order in the app at 6:10 and said it would be done at 6:39-6:49 it’s 7:05 and still no pizza after almost an hour!

I come to town in the winter time and try to order a pizza there every winter thinking that something has changed and it has not in the last five years cannot get an edible pizza out of this store for some reason the consistency is not equal to the rest of the Papa Johns in the country I asked for a refund on a $30 pizza and the manager refused and whoever the manager called refused I left The $30 pizza on the countertop

I was a employee for this papa John's, when they allow u to watch videos they have u watch the delivery videos first instead of how to make the pizza so u can help inside, they are rude, they discriminate with people that has disabilities, it's ok for them to joke, and say things but if they don't like you, you will know it by the way they act, instead of you clocking urself in when u come back from a delivery they clock you in if u have a write in tip that wasn't taken during ordering u got screwed out of that tip cause u personally could not enter it in the system for ur tips another employee n myself got screwed out of 10.00 tip, they send you home just for asking a question, they will talk to you about something you did or didn't do in front of customers and other employees, they only work you 3 hours per shift at 8.00 an hour, in 3 hours u might only take 4 deliveries the most I made in tips is 40-45 dollars thats it, and they dont do direct deposit for ur pay either, its certainly the worse papa John's i have ever worked at, 2 managers and ans 1 employee when it slows down they stand right outside of the back door and hit a pipe getting high, sharing the pipe what ever is in the pipe i asure you its some kind of drugs, customers would show up they either wouodnt know or take their good ole time getting to the customers, they district manager when u tey to call her about them sending you home for no reason either she has ur number blocked or she has her phone off, so a little advise dont work here, dont order from here, they have another papa johns 30 minutes from Crosby that is filiated with this one there's no help for this store

Hope the Pizza is good. The app said ready in 15 minutes showed up in 20 and stood around for another 20 minutes. The 3 employees won't say anything to us.Kid-friendliness: There's nothing to say...they can't be friendly with adults. Somebody needs to work the counter and customers and app. If you can't make it in 15 minutes say so. I shouldn't have to stand here. I ordered online not in the store.

The grossest pizza ? I have ever gotten anywhere! Soggy and under cooked! Too bad my health inspector husband couldn't go in and shut this establishment down! That is disgusting
Food was OK at best, garlic knots tasted like they sat around a while and were rubbery. Service was not great, had to go in an order since they would not do a phone order with deals, nor deliver to the hotel that is literally next door. It was like I interrupted their personal phone call when I went back in to pick up the food.

This was my first time at Pappa Johns and I’m absolutely upset of the service and atmosphere of the place. I ordered online and went to pick up, I was standing at the counter for around 6 minutes. There was only two people working and nobody tried to turn around and help me out until someone else came in. I told the cashier I had an online order and she cuts me off by saying “ she got here first “pointing at the other person. The kitchen was very messy and dirty. There was a fly next to me. There was 3 unattended kids laying down on the floor playing with toys everywhere. Not to mention the pizza was cold and not cooked correctly.

After getting my order after waiting 1.5hrs, my entire order was cold, soggy & under cooked. Was given a credit but worker only put pizza. Spoke with the store manager Tia or Teya, was very unprofessional & rude. Refused to remake my cheese sticks. I see why the store has low ratings with bad service with store manager like that.
