Today (10/05/2024) I was doing an delivery for someone here in Crosby and I walked in and someone who looked like a manager attended me. I told him the name of the customer and showed him my phone to see the order and name. After which his manner changed to a racist tone, and he told me “I’m tired of people doing deliveries showing me there phones and I can’t read it”. People do this in order to make sure that they have the correct order. This person treats people who doing deliveries like utter garbage. And I consider this person’s behavior is not under the standards of service of Pizza Hut. I think that Pizza Hut should come in and make a change to this place’s management for the betterment of this community.

The cheesy bread tastes better than the pizza. The pizza did not taste fresh. The pizza also lacks pizza sauce. Very dry.

I got a zombified pizza. It looked like several pieces from older trash pizzas got thrown together to make mine. One piece even had a hole in the center like it was bitten off or fell off which wouldn't be possible if it was a fresh pizza and cut right before putting into a box.

Not good! Crust was the texture of cardboard. My grand daughter is 2 and she said" I don't like it"..... Orsinos in Baytown was the best,but they went out of business. California Kitchen in the Galleria is the next best.
The delivery driver (male, blonde hair, nice blue car) went above and beyond! Our home address is behind a old mall and barbershop and he was very patient and respectful! So big s/o to him for bringing my kids lunch and my wings ?

This Pizza Hut is awesome and the Big New Yorker is awesome. I also love the Detroit style pizza that I had one like it in Philly one time.
