This is the worst Popeyes ever they let you order get to the window and they say they'll be 25 minutes because no chicken is ready for 25 minutes they have to drop it how do you not have chicken when your Popeye's Chicken on a Saturday afternoon they're always out of something it's crazy

This location is trash!!!! They refuse to give you all dark when asked! Last night 12/2/2024 they lied about a coupon having a restrition for mix chicken. The coupon had no restriction at all. I shouldn’t be driving to 1960 for great service. When I asked the shift lead/ manager is the store coperate or private owned he stated he did not know! I asked how you don’t know!? Boy he ticked me off so bad lawd. As you see it’s no restrictions on how to order your chicken!

This place is absolutely ridiculous apparently after a certain time you can't just get regular chicken like all the other locations. This one stops selling the normal legs , wings, thighs, and breast after 8pm. It's only the tenders or wings. So if you want regular chicken after 8pm don't go here

Omg, the worse fish sandwich I have EVER had. I would be embarrassed to serve this to any customer. I have pictures of the so called fish. But no way to post on here. It was paper thin and it was burn. Seriously WTH. Fast food places just going downhill in a heartbeat. Shame on you Popeye for being with the worse establishments out there..

Ordered tenders they were small, fries were overcooked. Boneless wings were plain chicken nuggets this is second time on this. Asked for a glass of water was told there would be a charge, asked for extra sauce that would cost 1.00. Things have changed. Attendant was a new hire she did her best.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal large sweet tea and a 3 piece all dark and a unsweet tea well there was no tea or any drinks with no sugar the 3 piece had white meat and the pieces was vary small when I took it back up there no one could figure out what dark and white was this place is a joke will not be going back

I ordered a 2 piece signature meal from Popeyes off the Uber eats app today and my pieces of chicken was dry, hard and seems to have been overheated. I think These resturants need to stop using third party ordering because they seem to act like the food is not coming from the resturant itself. Its already costly and the majority of ppl who order on this app is because we are wanting a craving for the resturants we enjoy but due to lack of transportation we can still be able to enjoy them. But we get awful services or wrong orders. Please do better. Uber eats is just the ordering and delivery companys. We still should be treated like paid customers. Instead we are treated like the food was free
