Service is slow resulting in cold food deliveries. Also lie about not receiving food delivery orders. I had an order confirmed and after a hour and 20 minutes they canceled it. Two drivers came and they lied stating they never received the order. You wouldn’t have been able to cancel it if you don’t receive it. Also, DoorDash or I couldn’t reach them due to the phone being unplugged. The phone didn’t even ring once.

Parking: When we've gone, there have been a lot of parking spaces to park in & place the order at . But no doubt, I'm sure they have those times when no parking is a real inconvenience to some.
The kids who work there are great. The management is questionable . I have to order my slushie with extra sweetness because sometimes it comes with no sweetness and it's all white but then sometimes it's way too sweetie I would rather go to a different Sonic because other Sonics will give me a slushie float if I want to pay extra this one refuses to and it's the management. I've even called to tell them my 8 $ slushy was missing the add in and syrup I ordered. I pay extra so many times for stuff that never makes it in.
By far worst sonic ever. It took 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the bottom, then I ordered ice cream and waited 20 minutes after I already paid just for them to tell me they don’t have ice cream….why didn’t they say something before I freakin paid! The service was horrible the manager with the beard was on his phone the whole time ignoring orders, people were leaving left and right. I will never come here again.

The girls working tonight were killing it! I ordered and was on my way within 8 minutes! Sonic was packed post hurricane and only fast food available in town. Good job, ladies!

my order was completely wrong, I ordered a number one and a number nine, but we ended up getting two double cheeseburgers instead. my order said it was on its way at 8:02 PM but I did not receive it until 8:40 PM. I’m not sure if they need more help or what the problem was. This was not a good experience.

It's been awhile since I've been here but tried it again and it was horrible. The chicken tenders were tiny , seriously like nugget size and one was burnt and looked like it had been sitting in the fryer overnight. Almost 10 bucks waisted. I'm a person that tries to find the good in everything and hardly ever complain but this was bad.
