Mobile orders are the easiest. However check your food before you leave, they have a terrible habit of getting your order wrong. On another note there is quite a wait time when pushing the red button for someone to answer the intercom. Usually they do decent otherwise.

Just a thought. This particular location I spend a lot of money at, I don't appreciate being ignored after waiting at one of the pullups stalls and a family pulls up next to me and they get served first. If it was a mistake that's fine but get yourself together cuz I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere. I find that behavior picking and choosing who you serve, I thought it was always who shows up first gets served first I guess that's changed.

I always have great service the food is good. The card readers and screens dont work on alot of the spots. This makes it hard to beable to tip. The owner needs to fix this for its employees.

horrible rude employees, paid with cash and she assumed i gave her the rest of the money when there was a decent amount of chance left. sat there waiting for 20-30 mins for my change, then made me feel bad about that i DIDNT let her keep it.. really why would i give you 13$ for walking 5 steps

Waited 20 mins for ice cream and milkshakes. Still wrong. Not coming back for a while. Many of the things we ordered were delivered in mini sizes instead of small and medium sizes.

This Sonic has very friendly staff and prompt service. We stopped for drinks only but have eaten their food as well. Have never had a complaint. We have only lived in the area for about a year. It's nice to be able to start making new friends and putting a name to a face. The staff works really hard and out in this heat. Give em a tip yall.

Waited 30 mins for 3 drinks that were ordered in the app, asked if they would comp the bag of ice I added to my order and they said no. Horrible customer service won’t be ordering from this location again.

I live right down the street. I’ve always liked this sonic, very a problem. Tonight was bad imo. My corn dogs were cold and not even close to crispy. My onion rings, which I love from sonic all broke up Ice cold not fresh, and the breading was broke off of most of them.

They have false advertising. The sign clearly says that it's half price drinks all day on the app, but when it comes time to pay, you get an error and the store won't even honor the price. Save time and DO NOT download the app. There is no point.

One star is to much credit for this place. Garbage customer service, garbage parking lot, and garbage establishment in general! 25 minutes before anyone ever answered the red button. OH WAIT, they never answered. I had to get the car hop the first time then wait 10 more min before i walked in the building to find all the employees on cell phones leaning againt the table with all the drinks on it. 35 minutes is unheard of for 3 drinks. Dont waist your time or money here. And as far as the generic responce from the owner here on the reviews, dont waist your time either with calling the 1-888 number, they don't answer either.
