Very clean, friendly and quick staff, and PARENT FRIENDLY BATHROOMS! I am a mom of 2, one still in diapers, and taking my children to public restrooms can be a challenge. This location consistently has a clean and supplied bathroom, including changing table liners. Small details like this let me know this location takes caretakers into consideration, and I appreciate it!

This Starbucks is one of my favorites and is near my workplace. The baristas are always friendly and work really fast when the lines in drive thru are long. The longest I've waited in drive through is 5-7 minutes. I normally do pick-up early in the morning and my drink has always been ready when I get there. This morning around 6:30 a.m my car wouldn't start after I picked up my latte. I went inside for help and a barsista was ready to help me with her own battery jumpstart. I wish I got her name but she was a kind petite young lady with glasses and was stocking the napkins. She helped without hesitation! This location definitely has the best morning crew! The afternoon crew, if I go after work around 4:00 p.m, are also very kind. And not once have they gotten my order wrong!
Charges extra for Decaf and closes early
I always spend my birthday overseas and I wasn't able to get my birthday drink in Sydney, The manager was nice to go ahead and provide me tea!

slowest starbucks ever. don’t go there in the morning before work. i left 30 minutes early and ended up being 15 minutes late after coming here. still didn’t get my coffee because i had to leave from them being so slow.

She was rolling her eyes at me making faces the worst attitude and when I said you don’t have to speak to me in that manner she went off on me for “coming everyday and doing the same thing” which I do not, i have never seen her at this location until a few days ago, all because I asked to remake my drink, then when I tried explaining she straight up told me “I don’t care” in an aggressive tone, I come here everyday and the last two days my drink has been made differently, first time I drank it second day I said something and today I let them know I had been having problems receiving my order correctly made before I even ordered, I went inside and asked for her name as she closed the windows on me when I tried to record , they said her name was CARMEN, as a loyal customer I’m disgusted I was spoken to like that unprovoked.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru and waited for almost 20 minutes. So many workers inside and I could literally see them while I was at the window waiting just standing around and talking while there was a whole line behind me. My drink was sitting on the counter for a good 5 mins before they even handed it to me. Smh

Worst location ever. Do not stop here if you’re in a hurry or not familiar with the area. You will never get in or out of the parking lot. Would never recommend.

Out of all the starbucks chain stores in East Tex, this is my personal favorite. The location is a tad awkward, but the customer service at this location is 10/10.
Watch the southbound freeway entrance, from this corner, as the entrance curb is buckled and WILL harm your transmission if you hit it.

I went to Starbucks recently and the girl at the register, I think her name was Emily, was really unfriendly. She barely said anything to me, didn’t smile, and just had a bad attitude overall. It felt like I was bothering her just by ordering. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but at least act like you want to be there. It honestly made the whole experience kind of awkward.
Not sure what’s going on with the girl working at the front, Emily, but she has zero customer service skills. Doesn’t talk, doesn’t smile, acts like she couldn’t care less. If you don’t want to deal with people, maybe don’t work at Starbucks.
