The only reason I’m giving this subway one star it’s because this whole week they’ve had Danielle alone serving customers preparing food and don’t get me wrong She’s doing a great job trying to get everyone taken care of but it’s not fair. They have not rushed to get another person to help her out and she’s there all by herself taking care of the online orders, the lunch hour rush, and everything else.

Absolutely horrid! I took two bites from a 6” meatball and throw up. Bread was old and the food tasted absolutely disgusting. I’m calling the health department. Look at these reviews. I would have never allowed my wife to go to this location had I known this was where she was going.

Service was horrible everytime I go in there, they only have one person working no other employees are in the store. It takes forever for 1 person to serve several customers. If you order online you still have to wait since that one person has customers lined and can not stop to make the food since they are to busy helping those in line. The lady was in such a rush trying to catch up(not even mad at her) that they hardly put any vegetables on it.

Completely awful! Food was old they didn't have hardly anything. Paid $16 for a sandwich with no meat on it hardly a flat coke and a molded cookie. Not my first bad experience with this location. Thought I'd give it another try. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!! Safety concerns!!! Super dirty!!!

This manager says a till drawer was short and the manager charged an employee cash 15 to payback out of his pocket and says she doesnt know who made it short so she charged everyone cash out of pocket. This manager isnt a good manager and needs to looked into.

People stay away from this place at all costs I ordered a meatball footlong got it home to find meatballs burned, to a crisp totally inedible to the point they were black, called and told to come back to make it right, I thought ok was given a footlong with cheese and 3 pieces of pepperoni, so disappointing

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place and employees along with the managers are absolutely disgusting and rude! Got home with my sandwich and the bread was under cooked, soggy, falling apart, meat had a bad smell, cheese had mold and hard on the edges, and right in the middle of my sandwich was a long hair ? I go back ask for a refund and they refused. Said they’ll make me another sandwich! Absolutely freaking not! Wish I read reviews before going to get a sandwich at this Subway but who reads reviews before going to Subway? It’s a damn sandwich not a 5 star restaurant. Like how hard is it to make a sandwich and how hard is to have better customer service and cleanliness? I guess really hard since this is one of the nastiest places in Crosby!

The woman was mopping the floor when I got in there, and when she was ready to make my sandwich instead of a washing her hands, she put her gloves on, and I had to ask her to wash her hands so I walked out

The food is on par for Subway, although 4 out of the 5 times I've been to this location they have been out of chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies. The employees like to hide in the back and unless there is a line we have to wait several minutes to be helped. I think I'm done going to this location.
