Absolutely worst customer service of any subway. THEY messed up on our on line order and had the nerve to send us to another subway. Didn't care about the unprofessionalism, didn't discount and refused to refund. Absolutely ridiculous

I went to this location at 8:50pm and it was closed the person working there told me that because they were working alone they were closed. They had all the chairs up. Like they had been closed for a while. She told me that it wasn't her fault that they had her working alone . She had a ugly attitude cause I told her that it wasn't 9pm yet. I told her I would report it and she said she didnt care. If ur times say 9pm then u should work till 9 ... how do u expect to get business if u dont stay open till what ur hours say. So because of this I will not ever give them my money! Get people that want to work cause this person didnt look like they even wanted a job!

They always got something wrong going on, I have never seen a steady crew working here. They never have flatbread and they're system is always down. The lobby is never clean. Depending on who is working depends on the customer service 😔.. so disappointing fact being that it's literally the only fast food restaurant in the area. Not really convenient.

Girl behind the counter packs up at 8:30. Store closes at 9. Fix the hours or fire the girl.

They need to hire more than 1 person. The poor guy is trying to help all of the people walking in and online orders at the same time.

So the past two times iv been in there the women working behind the cou ter has been very rude and I kinda get it cause atleast the last two times iv been in there she's the only one working but today she was very rude and basically rude to everybody who walk into the place not to mention she called her boss twice amd cussed him out and not to mention there was a little kid in there. It seem very unprofessional to me. So I won't be going back in there anytime soon
Lady was absolutely rude . Not sure why. But we left. I can't rate the food, because I didn't get any.

I frequent this location at least twice a month. I’ve never seen more than 2 people in the store behind the counter. Today there is a nice young man running the store alone on his 3rd day. Hopefully the management here can set the employees up better and not for failure in the future. I ordered ahead expecting to be able to pick up and walk back out. No chance of that with him having to call for help every so often just to find things he needs to make sandwiches. Next time I’m hungry for lunch, I will probably select somewhere else.
I ordered food from them through Uber. I received a sandwich and chips. They charged me over $20 and I ordered a drink and they said they forgot it so think twice I called Subway. She said there were anything she could do terrible service.

Archie is a very hard and great worker
I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding service we received during our recent visit to Subway. After a few unsuccessful attempts in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from Archie as we walked in. He was incredibly patient with our special orders and went above and beyond to ensure our sandwiches were made to perfection. The food was fresh and delicious as well! Archie truly deserves recognition for his exceptional service. He made our experience so enjoyable that we are eager to return. Kudos to Archie! He needs a raise and promotion!
It been so long since I've visited subway. When I tell you that this lady Kym know how to make a sandwich. Mann someone need to wifey her lol. Now she makes me wanna come to subway everyday for a sandwich like that. She makes them big huge with a lot of meat to where I have to open up my mouth wide to eat it. Good job Kym.
The only reason I’m giving this subway one star it’s because this whole week they’ve had Danielle alone serving customers preparing food and don’t get me wrong She’s doing a great job trying to get everyone taken care of but it’s not fair. They have not rushed to get another person to help her out and she’s there all by herself taking care of the online orders, the lunch hour rush, and everything else.
