I have had horrible service every single time i have ate or ordered from both of the crosby locations. Either the ingredients arenβt there or the service is just very lack lister in general. I have gave them both many tries because i truly do like subway but i am done trying to eat subway in Crosby.

I have been here four times in the last two months and they have been out of chicken each time
Subway here in Crosby is phenomenal excellent service. They are needing more workers, and are low on lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. I give them the benefits of the doubt. Hire more workers and our subways can grow stronger. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas, Have a safe New Year'sππ½πππππππ½

The new management team has brought life back to this place. Everything is clean, they are professional and very focused on customer service. I was losing faith on how it was run before, but these people are great! Highly recommend

Order wrong, put mayo on wrong sandwich.. no oil or vinegar. Written correctly on paper but they did not follow directions.

I work in food industry we don't charge for water or ice. I normally stop to get a lil air and some ice from catching the transit bus walking in the hot I stop today to try to get water and ice a guy with curly hair assumed I was there to pick up a order I asked to get ice he said he had to charge me any other time I never have a problem

Absolutely worst customer service of any subway. THEY messed up on our on line order and had the nerve to send us to another subway. Didn't care about the unprofessionalism, didn't discount and refused to refund. Absolutely ridiculous

I went to this location at 8:50pm and it was closed the person working there told me that because they were working alone they were closed. They had all the chairs up. Like they had been closed for a while. She told me that it wasn't her fault that they had her working alone . She had a ugly attitude cause I told her that it wasn't 9pm yet. I told her I would report it and she said she didnt care. If ur times say 9pm then u should work till 9 ... how do u expect to get business if u dont stay open till what ur hours say. So because of this I will not ever give them my money! Get people that want to work cause this person didnt look like they even wanted a job!

They always got something wrong going on, I have never seen a steady crew working here. They never have flatbread and they're system is always down. The lobby is never clean. Depending on who is working depends on the customer service π.. so disappointing fact being that it's literally the only fast food restaurant in the area. Not really convenient.

They need to hire more than 1 person. The poor guy is trying to help all of the people walking in and online orders at the same time.

So the past two times iv been in there the women working behind the cou ter has been very rude and I kinda get it cause atleast the last two times iv been in there she's the only one working but today she was very rude and basically rude to everybody who walk into the place not to mention she called her boss twice amd cussed him out and not to mention there was a little kid in there. It seem very unprofessional to me. So I won't be going back in there anytime soon
Lady was absolutely rude . Not sure why. But we left. I can't rate the food, because I didn't get any.

I frequent this location at least twice a month. Iβve never seen more than 2 people in the store behind the counter. Today there is a nice young man running the store alone on his 3rd day. Hopefully the management here can set the employees up better and not for failure in the future. I ordered ahead expecting to be able to pick up and walk back out. No chance of that with him having to call for help every so often just to find things he needs to make sandwiches. Next time Iβm hungry for lunch, I will probably select somewhere else.
