I ordered a Philly steak sub for pick up and what we receive was a bread and sauce only( you can see that in the pictures).. also the pick up order was not ready at the time of pick up ,or she said she didn’t even check the online orders …

This location is so poorly managed. Every time we’ve been there the AC is hardly working and there’s only one employee working. We stood in line for 30 minutes.

Employee is talking on their personal cell phone the whole time during my order. Continues to stay on her phone and fight with her significant other. Using the same gloves she’s making the food with to touch and retouch her phone and then back in the food. Floor is exceptionally dirty

I was banned from Subway today because another new employee was making my order and the manager was leaning on the food prep board and I told the lil guy not to put my sub on the prep board where she was resting her arm and she got upset. That's fine with me because i am very particular with the covid and hygiene from anyone. I know companies aren't getting good employees now, but this so called manager have gotten the big head, I've heard her talk to new employees real bad, even this elderly lady on her first day training. I went to the Subway by Arlans and it was only 1 worker there. So I'm banning myself from both Crosby locations and going to Highlands. The only reason I go to Subway is the coupons.

My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated incident and not how y’all normally run your business. Or treat your staff.

Third time out of 4 that I went to this location to order food only to learn they are out of everything. This time no chicken, ham, or turkey. How is it that they stay in business if they have nothing that is in their menu. Either it is horrible management, or even worse ownership. Don’t waste the time stopping here. Go on to the Sheldon exit where that Subway is easy access and they have what you want.

I ordered through Uber eats, and it had nothing to do with the driver, but with the store. It’s the worst subway experience I had had. The sandwich weighed maybe 3 ounces and was mostly just bread, they were out of half of what I ordered and it was put together with so little care and effort, I was pretty surprised. I will definitely find a different location next time. This one was just not okay.

This subway is the worst place to order online. I placed the order online. They told me at such a time that it arrived and the order had not even been prepared. The two girls who were there did not care that I was waiting. I decided to cancel the order and they will make it for you. problems canceling, the truth is that they are impressive, for my part I will not return to that place, they waste your time

It is always a pleasant visit when I go to this subway location in Crosby. However, this last time there it was much more special. What a nice visit I had today at this Subway. The young men that were there to assist me were very courteous, attentive and informative on their products. Thank you for the great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
