Stopped to get something to eat at around 9pm on Friday the 14th , dined in. The workers didn't get the names but they were exceptionally great, the wait wasn't long even though they had a line and was pretty busy. As it's getting closing time for the inside you know they are putting stuff up like the cookies that been out all day I don't know if they keep them for the next day or throw them out probably the second but one of the workers offered me one of the cookie. Though that was cool and deserved recognition.

If I could give this place negative 10 Stars I would they have no concept of do the job when the location is supposed to be open the lady refused to take any orders at 6:45 in the morning because it was only her not to mention she barely spoke English good morning I will be reaching out to management at other locations to get information about going above that non-english speaking non-job doing manager at the Wendy's Crosby

Just disgusting. I'm not sure if it's this location or just Wendy's in general because Wendy's used to be good like 10 years ago. Chicken sandwich was like chewing through rubber, worse than what I'd imagine they serve in prison. Fries were so stale. Honestly hoping I don't get sick from this

DO NOT ORDER OR EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER!!!! The “Management” is some of the worst I’ve EVER experienced! I have not only worked in the food industry, but my family owned a burger place in Pasadena for YEARS! As an Account Mgr in Oil & Gas and provide superior customer service. The industry doesn’t matter, quality customer service should be the foundation of your culture, PERIOD!!!
