How the hell do you let someone sit in the drive through for 20 minutes get all the way to the second window then tell them the shake machine is down, would have been nice to know like 20minutes ago when I placed my order. Make use of your stupid little headsets and communicate more.

Would not let me order breakfast online or app, so I called the store to help. Addressed I had been trying for the past ten minutes desperately trying to get my order in before 11am and they did not help at all just told me yea its on the app. And yeah there's nothing we can do for you.. REALLY APPRCIATE THE HELP YALL DIDNT GIVE!

Yesterday i went to whataburger, our service was amazing, i believe her name was delilah and she was so sweet. The wait to get my food was ridiculous, but she reassured us and updated us on the status of our food. She was understanding and patient when taking our order while my kids were acting like hooligans. would definitely come back again!

The store needs to be renovated for more people to be in there or make it a ghost kitchen. Ordered on the app at lunch, busy foot traffic made the wait 30 mins.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order and it was repeated back correctly and the receipt reflected what I ordered and paid for. The problem is when I got home and opened up my burger it wasn't made to order. I asked for grilled onions and jalapeños and I received raw onions and jalapeños to which I paid extra for. I didn't bother to take it back but I will make it a point not to eat at this store again. I'll drive to Channelview from now on or just go to Hippo Burger where they will make it to order
