Consistently and constantly gets orders wrong. Slow on service and will excel at the opportunity to give you wrong items.

The service was trash, I got me a burger and they lady charged me for the sauce but didn’t give me any sauce, they be acting like McDonalds, like who even charges people for condiments they’re supposed to be free 😂, and I called and the guy and he tried defending the lady sayings it’s not her fault and supposedly they checked the bag but I was watching the whole time and they didn’t. Really bad workers they need to stop hiring little kids and start hiring people who are more mature and actually want to work and do there jobs! Bad service!!

The team leader in the morning around 8 am. on Thursday, Aug 28 , didn't allow me to refill my drink.
The way approach me was bad
He said if you are going to refill, I will charge you!!

Places a DoorDash order and my name was on the receipt along with my correct order but when I opened the bag my entire order was wrong and I can’t get a refund for it. Ridiculous!

Today was the 75th birthday celebration so of course we had to get us a burger!! Even with it being such a small establishment the place was so packed… but they all did a great job!!! The manager Johnathon did a great job managing the crew!!

Just went through the drive through tonight and on the 19th. We ordered through the app about 10 mins before we got there and then proceeded to wait in line for an additional 15 mins to get our food….
I understand it’s late at night however when we get our food our fries are cold and not fresh at all. We turn around to go back through the drive through and the line hadn’t even moved. I just took my loss super disappointing..

I ordered breakfast and a number 1. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman because my number 1 was made incorrectly. They added onions and did not add the lettuce or cheese I requested on my sandwich. I told him I was 40 minutes away at work and could come back later to get the remake. He suggested I just reach out for a refund on the sandwich instead. I have yet to hear from Whataburger after making two requests that I be contacted in regards to the matter.

How the hell do you let someone sit in the drive through for 20 minutes get all the way to the second window then tell them the shake machine is down, would have been nice to know like 20minutes ago when I placed my order. Make use of your stupid little headsets and communicate more.
