This place never has the flavors they promote, or maybe they only bring a very small amount. I’ve gone several times when they release new flavors and they’re never available. Keep in mind that if you’re craving ice cream here, they’ll only sell you the basic flavors—there are never 31 flavors. Aside from this problem, the customer service is very good.

Here's what you get when you order a coffee drink from Dunkin, when I asked about light ice they told me no, they said they've been told they have to fill the cup with that much ice. If they did light ice I would only get 1/2 a cup of a drink. Starbucks will do 1/2 ice even no ice with a drink. You pay $5.00 for a cup of ice. Are all dunkins instructed to do this or is it a franchise owner? I will investigate and follow-up. Don't you make enough off of ice cream , donuts, other food items you have to scam people into paying for a cup of ice!!

Was waiting in a line and the lady blew us off for the drive thru once she waited on the 3 people in front of us! Then we ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and it literally had zero taste! Felt like I had ordered off a bland menu!!! I would not suggest the sandwich and the service is lack luster at best!

There was a teeny roach on the top of my lid and the ice cream didn’t taste good. The place was dirty.

My family and I went there for ice cream and there was a dead fly in the bucket of ice cream! When I informed the worker she simply scooped the fly out and proceeded to ask our order. I asked are you going to remove the bucket of ice cream from the display? She said the other one would take to long to thaw out. The store was also filthy! I would NOT suggest eating anything from there!

We drove through, and drove away, before I took a bite of my ice cream. I ordered classic mint chocolate chip. We all know what it tastes like. This was not That. This tasted like the most off-brand substitute you could possibly imagine. The color looked gray, not green. It tasted like bland vanilla with a little drop of mint and had the texture of marshmallow fluff. It was awful and I would have thrown it out the window except we paid $7! Yes, I'm sure they gave me their version of mint chocolate chip. I'll never order it again. Yet another childhood food ruined by restaurants being cost-effective. So disappointed.

The guy who we just ordered from is super rude. And apparently they don’t have at least half of the ice cream flavors? Glad a Freddy’s is opening near by soon. We won’t be getting ice cream from here anymore.

Baskin Robbins has some of the best ice cream flavors. Service is always dicey. We continue to support Baskin Robbins until there is better Ice Cream options in Aubrey.

The person who took our order seemed to hate us for existing and bothering him. He was so bothered to take our order and really made the whole visit super awkward. I just wanted to enjoy some treats with my family I didn’t mean to ruin this kids life by wanting a mangonada. Also, the place is dirty and the table was broken.
