This is my second time eating here. The first time I dined in and it was very good. The food was great and so was the service. This time I ordered to go this evening and the service was not great nor was the food. I ordered a salad which they tried to charge extra for dressing, it’s a salad?!? I ordered the chicken club without cheese. They put cheese in it and forgot the bacon. I also ordered a kids meal and the fries were soggy and tasted burnt, and they forgot the ice cream which they charged me extra for. The food should have been fresh considering I had to wait when I got there. I realized too late and I was not about to get back on 380 to go get it. Not happy about that and I’m not sure I will ever order to go either.

Burgers were good. Catfish was decent. Fries were plain. Chili cheese tots were good. Beer was cold and sweet tea was good. Service was good but it also wasn't busy.

Bottle cap alley is a weird hybrid between full restaurant and fast casual. I have never dined in but have walked in and placed a to go order with a waitress. I generally go thru the drive thru (yes, oddly enough, there is a drive thru).The food is amazing. Burgers are as good as 5 guys but for way less money. If you go thru the drive thru, be prepared to wait. Just like any fast casual or full restaurant, they don't make the food till you order it, so the line moves slow. I still prefer this for to go orders so I am not pressured to tip.

This place is obviously under new management and has went down hill. Took my family here last night, the guy who seemed to be now running the place was mean mugging me and rushed us out after eating. Didn't even finish my drink and picked up my fat tip on the way out. I'm a very tolerant and patient person and a big spender but I've never experienced such disrespectful service in what I considered to be a respectful place. Needless to say I will not be back.
