I had ordered my husband burger king today after being sick for a couple of days and him wanting it. I was actually looking forward to getting something from there i ordered a 8piece chicken fries with a meal and my husband an impossible whopper meal when arrived i got my meal but sadly my husbands meal was terribly wrong i payed extra for a bottle of water that then i got out a fountain! The burger didnt even have a burger or any sort of patty!!!! Just mayo, ketchup and lettuce! I dont understand how you make a burger and dont put a patty on it. Ive worked at fast food for a while and this is hands down the worst experience ive had anywhere and ive been to many fast food.

Burger King is my go-to spot when I’m working late on weekdays. I usually stop in to take advantage of the Whopper Wednesday coupon, and it’s conveniently close to my shop and right on my way home.
The staff is always hospitable, the place is clean, and they consistently get my Impossible Burger right—my way, just like the slogan says. That attention to detail makes a big difference and keeps me coming back.

The place was clean, bright and inviting. The staff were attentive and friendly. My daughter dropped her happy meal and the manager didn’t hesitate to offer a replacement at a fraction of the cost. They all had smiles and made us feel welcome. Thank you for the great service :)

Went up tonight, they were a little busy from the drive thru. I stood at the counter waiting to order.... and waited. I ended up just leaving because not only did none of the employees want to take my order, they didn't even make eye contact. There was someone that looked like she might have been the general manager on a laptop sitting at a booth across from someone that looked like he could have been the franchisee on his laptop. Neither of them seem to care either.
I went across 380 to Bottlecap and actually had someone greet me when I walked in the door, take my order, and even offer a drink while I waited.
Dine in or take out - take out
What did you get - I got ignored
How much did you spend - $0
At least the owners (franchise or corporate) aren't wasting their time monitoring reviews for problems like this.

The manager allows employees to talk down to, curse, and then laugh at customers through the drive thru window. I have NEVER seen more UNPROFESSIONAL customer service than this location exhibited today on New Years Eve. I will NEVER walk into or purchase ANYTHING from this Burger King EVER again. 1 star is too high of a rating for this location, I’d give 0 if possible.

New Year’s night I witnessed a horrific scene as I waited in drive thru. I could hear an employee yelling at a customer from inside my car. I assumed it was just outside noise but when I let my window down I quickly realized it was the employee. Watch out guys stay away from this dump

Food was not ready when I ordered ahead. Nevertheless, it was good and hot. The place was clean and the location is good.

We once used the coupons to get a meal for 2 at about $12.00 that same meat just a year later is $17.00 and that is with a coupon. I have the app but it's not much good. Still does not save and the food has gone down in quality. We just switched to Wendys, at least it's fresh and real beef.

Horrible customer service at this location. We were the only car waiting in the drive thru and waited almost 10 minutes before someone took our order. Then we had to repeat ourselves 3 times because they kept ringing it in wrong. We finally get to the window to pay and the girl taking our order didn’t smile, greet us or speak a single word to us. Looking inside there was another young lady walking around on her cell phone and maybe 2 other people working during a prime dinner time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Won’t be returning to this location. The GM should really be cracking down more.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at this Burger King location. I politely asked the employee to separate my orders into different bags, and he responded by saying he “did not have time,” even though there was no one behind me and the restaurant was not busy at all. On top of that, I was asked to pull forward for no reason, and my order came out incomplete — no ketchup, no napkins, nothing.
This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic courtesy and attention, especially when the restaurant isn’t rushed. Management needs to address this behavior, because experiences like this make people think twice about returning.

Cheeseburgers were hot and fresh and the coke was bubbly and refreshing. Our favorite BK!

We had our meal fast during 12pm lunch hour. The playground is simple but better than nothing.

This place is the worst, on multiple occasions I’ve stopped for breakfast when they say they’re open but no one comes to the intercom. This morning was no exception. Myself and another vehicle ended up driving off because no one took our order. This is the last time I’ll be coming here and will go elsewhere. If you can’t manage to open your business when you’re supposed to then don’t.

Poor service at drive through this Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm. I cancelled my order and drove away.
Fast food chains aren’t losing money because of prices — they’re losing it because their employees don’t give a damn. Cold fries, blank stares, bad attitudes, and zero pride. You can’t build customer loyalty when half your crew acts annoyed that someone dared to order food.
It’s not “the industry,” it’s lazy, untrained, unbothered workers killing the customer experience one drive-thru at a time. You want profits back? Stop blaming inflation and start demanding standards. Mediocrity is expensive — and customers are done paying for it.
