If I could give them a zero I would walk in at 10:25am we have a line by the time they get to me is 10:32,they tell me no breakfast this has happened twice , they have lost me as a customer whataburger can take my morning routine

I've been here 3 times this week. The food has been extra good this year, 2026. My cobb salad has been so good both times I ordered it this week. I started using the creamy salsa dressing instead of the avocado lime ranch, thanks to blondes who eat on instagram. My waffle fries were amazing today, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside....I didn't even need any chickfila sauce to dip. The spicy chicken sandwich I had a few days ago was cooked to perfection. It was crispy, spicy, and was so good with mayo. Keep it up. Way to start the new year!

Gabby (Isabella) is an absolute wonder!!! Me and my little sister came in for dinner and she took our order. Not only did she connect with my sister so well, but went above and beyond in orchestrating having a six-year-old try new things (impossible but Gabby did it!) when she came to hand us our milkshake, she went the extra mile again by giving her stickers!! Which I don’t know if anyone else has a kid at home but that is practically handing someone a hundred bucks. Thank you so much for being so kind despite the dinner rush!

I’ve ordered a cool wrap with spicey crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken here many times. Tonight they told me they don’t do that anymore and refused to make it. Such a silly thing to leave a customer dissatisfied over. 👎🏼

I left 5 star review 3 years ago until they messed up my order 3 times in a row , they gave me a couple free meal cards in return on the last mess up. I havent been back since in over a year, well its Holliday time and want to enjoy holiday deserts for the family, hahaha the milkshake mashine is down, lmao. Chick fil just a big disappointment for my family so I stay going to Cains, they just don't have a milkshake machine that goes down all the time, no disappointment. Id need at least a 100$ gift certificate to come back here. Before I go spending my $$ again. Dropping 5 to 2 stars.

Rainy day and told to pull to speaker where I got rained on while person kept taking orders of people. Guess it was ok for me to go to speaker and get rained on. Kid at window told me too late to Adam for rewards and put receipt in bag. No barcode on receipt because he had to change paper. Blonde woman on her phone may have been manager. Very bad chick fil an experience at this one. I will drive up the road and won’t stop here again.

I drove up to the speaker and waited. The Chick-fil-A employee on the other side lane with no customer and said nothing to me. When I ask why no one had help me he said it's not working go around or back up.What the employee should have done was take my order.

I had the worst experience tonight. I joked with my passenger that I had never waited in a chick fil a line this long in my entire life. One vehicle sat at the window for like 4-5 mins after receiving the drinks. The gentleman working the drive through had two conversations with the car before they got the order. When my order was handed to me I asked if they got the sauces we ordered because originally when the order was read back it was not included. He assured me that the sauces were in the bag. When I got home and discovered we didn’t have any sauces at all I called the restaurant. I was told that all they could do is give me the sauces if I drive back up there. I drove back to the restaurant to speak to the manager. I had to request it twice before Ethan came over and apologized for the inconvenience. I came home to realize that my sons nuggets were so over cooked to we’re uneatable. We didn’t get a straw and I ordered extra tortilla strips that we didn’t get either. By far the worst experience I have had a chick fil a. I’ve only had to come back to a chick fil a once and that manager gave me the missing item a refund and a cookie.

ATTENTION CURRENT & FUTURE DOOR DASH/UBER EATS DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!!!

This Chick-Fil-A currently has a VERY unprofessional and rude owner operator named Scott South. It seems DD/UE drivers are only a back burner hassle for this location. I realized after I unfortunately met the owner operator this morning when he confronted me at this store in casual street clothing because I asked his manager for an extra plastic bag to hold a card board drink holder. They refused to give me a bag that the 4 slot drink holder would fit inside of, the manager told me “Door Dash gives you bags” I was attempting to prevent the bottom of the 4 slot cardboard drink holder from collapsing if it got wet (Which it did, the manager then insinuated I did it on purpose as she remade the drinks)... This owner operator was not wearing a name tag or any identifying markers to indicate he was with Chick-Fil-A when I was confronted. The attitude I got from both the owner operator and manager on duty radiated that they would prefer if DD/UE delivery drivers not come in this store AT ALL. I have NEVER been inside of a Chick-Fil-A with worse customer service in my ENTIRE life. The manager on duty was NOT any more professional than the owner operator Scott South, bad ownership = bad management. Door Dashing and Uber Eats is NOT worth the time or money when dealing with this kind of nonsense. Chick-Fil-A needs to do better at this location... I reported the issue to Chick-Fil-A corporate as well as Door Dash.
