Food is amazing however Evertime i go thru drive thru they give me someone else's order or they add stuff that i didn't order. I now constantly have to check my bag before leaving.

I ordered my food at the window after a long line and was told when I got to the window, although all previous customers were literally at the window for a maximum of 2 minutes, that I had to go park due to the kale salad needing to be freshly made. My daughter’s kid toy was not in the bag nor were my fries. The kale salad tasted like it was freshly cut grass instead of how it normally tastes. Extremely disappointed in this location. I will pass the word along that people should at least refrain from visiting on Tuesdays as the employees do not seem to care about the customers.

Breakfast nazis. Ordered 20 minutes ahead on my app. Just for them to tell me they cancelled my order when I got up to the window bc they make it when you arrive and I was there at 10:32am…past 10:30 breakfast time bc I got stuck at a light…what’s the point of ordering ahead then? Why is this not communicated better? Wasted time and money. Chick fil a wasn’t this way growing up. Sad how things change.

Today I did a moble order not only did I have to wait a long time the fries were extremely hard ! To the point I hurt my teeth when bitting into it , and then for me to sit that long to get my food all the sauces that I asked for were not in the bag, even the brownie was extremely hard
