Consistency is key and what keeps most customers coming back. Staff is always polite. Even when bringing out for curbside, their manors and politeness is refreshing to see from young people. Good job.

I ordered the loaded bacon cheddar tots and received them with the cheese burnt and when I called about it I was offered a 5 dollar credit instead of my damn money back and I’m pissed about it

We had ordered pickup pizza and pasta. When we ate that, we got food poisoning all members in the family had vomits and daieria. Probably cheese was No good.

I called and immediately was put on hold within 2 seconds of them answering. I waiting for almost 3 minutes so I hung up and called back. When they answered they didn’t even say anything and immediately put me back on hold.

We were at our community pool and placed an order for delivery. Left instructions on where to deliver and Susan arrived with our order lighting fast!! She called when she arrived and even thought to bring us plates and napkins, which was amazing as we did not bring them!! Great service from domino’s and especially from Susan!!

Poor Representation of Service....

Placed an delivery order for 3 pizzas, 1 medium, & 2 large. I requested extra sauce for all three pizza. When the pizzas were delivered, my teens answered the door. The delivery driver did not provide our receipt and upon opening the pizzas up it was clear that only the medium pizza had extra sauce. When I called our local Domino's in Crossroads, TX. on US380, a male name Mark said he was manager heard my concern, then placed me on hold for 3-5 mins, then the call was picked up again and s disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called back and spoke with a female who introduced herself as Tracy the GM. I then proceeded to inform Tracy of the situation. This location has received a low star rating, not because the issue wasn't resolved, not because the food isn't good, but because both managers were not pleasant in their phone etiquette when speaking with me. Both Manager Mark and GM Tracy tone and demeanor over the phone were bras. Both managers sounded bothered by me call as if I was the one at fault for asking for extra sauce. I have uploaded pictures of the pizzas and my phone call details with this Domino's. SMH, what a poor representation of service and if this is the service we get, then I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Seriously no words. The owner of this place should see what's going on and what their employees are doing. No gloves at all seriously I wasted my money for serving me this food. Seriously u guys are playing with everyone's health.

Always great food! Thin crust is the bomb ? as in delicious! The price is a little high for a large pizza, but that's what happens with inflation due to supply chain disruption (truckers quiting in the thousands) and high gas prices and injection billions of money into the economy. It's time to AI into the trucking industry!

Pleaseeeeee let me give zero! Domino's is SOOOO garbage! Please don't order from this chain!! Ordered online (got confirmation) at 3:30. 5:40 they show up at my door, saying order got transferred even though they are 1 mi from me, and please repay $60 because it got transferred. GT absolute FOH. ?
