Just got a Mint Chocolate Chip Shake there. Probably worse shake I’ve had. Could barely taste the mint chocolate chip. Mostly tastes just like sweet milk. And… for the price. Ridiculous. Go to Braums or something. Way better. Lady working there was nice enough.

I want to brag about Malasia!!! She has the sweetest smile and knows exactly what coffee I like. When I walk in the door she asks if I want the same order and always asks me to taste it. She wants to make sure it is perfect before I leave! I go inside the store versus the drive thru because I enjoy talking to her while she is making my coffee.

Last week, I had the absolute BEST experience thanks to KAIDEN in the drive-thru and STEPHANIE at the payment window.
During the hour when they showcase their specialty drinks, for whatever reason, they remove their food items from the drive-thru menu. 😑... KAIDEN was soo patient and friendly! He politely described the food options to me so that I could make my selection without a menu 🤓!

this is the worse dunkin in history. i been living in this area for a lil bit over a year and been getting the same drink for the past 3 months and every single time for the past two weeks this shit has been made wrong. my bf comes back with my coffee that is only 5 mins up the road and my coffee is a quarter gone which was supposed to be “cold foam”. the only time it’s ever right is whenever the manager is around. the only time i get good service. so sad this is the only dunkin on crossroads.

The girl didn’t offer us a receipt and than served us cold food. Unfortunately this is the second time we got food and it’s cold… the eggs in the middle of the sandwich are freezing and the cheese is also cold and not even slightly melted🤦♀️

They stay open till 8pm and can’t keep up with there donuts so pretty much can’t keep up with there demand when comes to the donuts 👌 shouldn’t stay open if u can’t keep up with the demand 👍

Ordered Sweet Black Pepper Snackin’ Bacon, Munchkins Donut Hole Treats, & a Maple Frosted Classic Donut via Dunkin’ app. Picked up in drive through. Donut was wrapped in a napkin, which all of the maple glaze stuck to, leaving a gummy textured dough ring with no frosting. $1.69 in the trash can. The donut holes were meh, okay. The sweet peppered bacon was good. Thin cut, slightly crispy, not soggy or fatty. Good texture, good flavor. Friendly, fast service. Will not likely visit again.

No one even acknowledged we were there. Left without placing an order. Went to Albertsons and got the same thing we were going to order there AND didn't have chocolate dribbles in it.
This is in our neighborhood and we stop by every now and then. They are awesome always. Great staff, clean space.
