I’ve been meaning to leave this review. Every time I come in at night, the same young lady is working—and somehow, they’re always out of something. No meatballs, no ham or turkey for the Hook & Ladder, no mayo… seriously? I honestly think she does it on purpose. It’s beyond frustrating having to remake my whole order when I thought it was ready. Then settling for something that I truly didn’t want. And oddly enough, this only ever happens when she’s there…

One day I decided to go in instead of ordering ahead—and I’m so glad I did! The difference was night and day. The vibe was great, and everyone greeted me with a smile. My food was ready before I even sat down. I was shocked—like, is this the same location?

Major shout-out to the two sweet ladies (one wore glasses, both had a bun in their hair ) and the tall gentleman who took my order. Y’all were amazing! Friendly, fast, professional—you could tell they actually care.

Fridays are where it’s at! From now on, I’ll only be coming in on Fridays and Saturdays after 5 PM—but especially Fridays—when the A-team is holding it down. Y’all are the reason I keep coming back!

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I ordered two medium subs online, and when I got home, I saw they had given me smalls instead — without telling me they were out of medium bread or offering any kind of substitute or refund. My family was planning to split the sandwiches like we normally do, and this completely threw that off. When I called, the employee who answered was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. She told me, “It’s basically the same size,” and made it clear she had no interest in fixing the issue. She wouldn’t even take my phone number or ask a manager to call me. I reported the experience through the app, and they offered me 2,220 points — which is not even enough to get a small sub. How is that supposed to make up for the money I spent and the poor service I received? This wasn’t a one-time mistake either. On a previous visit, I asked for garlic bread and instead got garlic butter sloppily dumped on top of the sandwich after the fact. The employee wasn’t going to correct it until another worker stepped in. This place clearly has a pattern of careless service and no accountability. I’m not wasting any more time or money at this location! I highly recommend you doing the same!

So I went with my wife here to just get a couple sandwiches at 8 pm on Saturday night. They close at 9 pm. The whole staff was putting everything up/cleaning. It almost felt like they didn’t want any customers at this point. Buy, we love Firehouse subs. We completed our order, even though the service worker seemed like we were causing a disservice … asking for service. When I went to pay, they refused to take cash (probably because they already counted the register and didn’t want to recount) and when I paid with a card, there card reader has the tip amount of no tip. Attempted to do “no tip” but the reader was not operating correctly, and pressed 15% whenever I wasn’t even touching the pad. When I said I didn’t press that, they seemed irritated that I asked for my refund, which they said was not possible. Staff extremely rude, and cleaning while trying to prepare a sandwich seems like I have fate playing a role in my sandwich now.

Very disappointed in my first and only visit to a Firehouse subs ever. I had placed an order for 2 Thanksgiving subs when they were first promoted. The shop called me back and said that they have no idea why that’s on their site but they had no ingredients for it. That’s problem #1. We then had to fix my order over the phone and I told them how I wanted my sub changed, got my order and it was not at all how I asked for. Problem #2. Last finally I attempted to resolve the order through customer service and was told the shop would call me to work it out. I still to this day have not gotten my complaint handled. Problem #3. Overall not a good experience with Firehouse Subs. I want my Large Thanksgiving sub.

I just came in there Saturday November 9th at like 12 am, order name was Alyssa, I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner sub the full sub with no raspberry sauce, it was very tasteless like no seasoning/ gave me diarrhea and throwing up. This is the first and last time I get food poisoned by this place . This place would get less than 1 star if 8 could. I only ate half the sandwich to be locked in my bathroom for a hour how embarrassing and a waste of my 20$ and then the fact that I have work with food poisoning thanks 🤬🤬 glad I will never go back.

This was the worst sandwich from this location. I don't eat beef or pork, and there was a piece of beef in my sandwich, thats not ok!. They clearly made this on a dirty counter. I asked for sauce on the side, but that didn't happen, even when I asked if it was in the bag and I was told yes. The sandwich litterally tastes sour. I don't know how that happens, but I can't eat this. A place that leaves dirty towels on the counter in front of a register for customers to see doesn't scream sanitary. I wouldn't have said anything if my food wasn't gross, but in my restaurant background, that towel is just a wipe down everything towel or you wouldn't just leave it there sloppy af. I'm so grossed out by this weird taste, I won't go back.

My husband and I recently ordered takeout from Firehouse Subs, and Ty’Janai’s professionalism and excellent customer service truly stood out. She personally prepared our food with great care, ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted it. Even though it was a to-go order, Ty’Janai made the experience feel personal by double-checking everything and making sure it was packed properly. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made all the difference. We were thoroughly impressed with the service and highly recommend Firehouse Subs, especially if Ty’Janai is the one preparing your meal!

They were out of Jamaican jerk sauce. The last time I went they were out of meatballs. There won't be a third time for them to be out of something because I won't go back. Many other restaurants have struggled and closes in that shopping center. My guess is firehouse will join the ever growing list of failed businesses in this location

The girl working at 5:36pm was rude and when her 20 year old employee that left at 5:45 pm told her to sht up. She told him " boi did you just tell me to shut up I hate when when people tell me to shut up. I'll turn your face" meaning smack. Ruined my experience with this unacceptable behavior. All because I asked for dressing that you didnt carry. She has red hair . Both guys were professional except her. Please straighten her out this was my first time here and it might as well be my last.

Placed an order online for two sandwiches ($36 which is already an insane price). This took about 30 mins as the four employees working were standing around when we showed up 23 minutes after ordering our food and then they started working on the sandwiches. This happens every time whether it’s online or in person. I have never been able to get a single sandwich in under 25 minutes. Overpriced and terrible service.
