seriously. everytime i go here i ask FOR A PLAIN HAMBURGER. NOTHING ON IT. and what do they do? put stuff on it! seriously, what part of “plain hamburger, no cheese, no pickles, no tomatoes, nothing on it just meat and bread” DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?

Normally I come here all the time and have no problems but tonight I was craving Jalapeno Poppers and when I arrived the lights off on the outside of the building but were on inside so I decided to pull up just to see and they said they were closed at 12:38am not 1:00am like usually for this location *correction they didn’t even open the window they just made a gesture that implied as such… As someone also in the food industry I realize customers right before closing are annoying and a pain however I know that I should be able to order more than ten minutes before hell my restaurant will do 5-10 minutes before so we make sure our customers leave happy we even make sure door dashers get there food even if they arrive after close… we wait for the last person to show up to pick up the order before we officially lock the doors point is CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING

They don't pay attention to their online orders and don't answer the intercom. 7:20am no answer you have to go inside to speak with someone.

The lady at the drive thru completely got our order wrong. When I called to talk to a manager they weren’t available and the guy on the phone said there’s nothing I can do. I’m sorry that I expect to get what I actually order and got no help.

I come here because my son likes the fries. Every time I come here, they are slow. No one is in the line, yet you always have to park and wait. I ordered large fries, and they gave me the medium container, saying that that is the new large. There is no sign up or anything with the changes on the menu. I could have gone to Burger King across the street and got a better deal.
I have been coming here for a long time and just until tonight, I encountered bad customer service. I had never been charged for extra syrup on my chocolate milkshake the many of times I have been here and the 2 gentlemen that were working the drive thru showed no sympathy, they acted so unconcerned, assumed that I was lying when I have my receipt confirming the price I was normally was charged. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never be coming back to this location anymore.

If I could rate a negative 0, I would. This place is horrible. Do not come early in the morning. They will watch you at the intercom and will not take your order. As if you can't drive around and see them standing around through the GLASS WINDOWS.

Went to jack for a late night snack like we all do! Ordered 2 tacos, chicken Sandwich, jack wrap and a med fry for the family. I Pay and they hand me my food. I ask for ranch, they give me 2. I ask for 2 more and he goes to computer and tells me it will be $1.08…. I look at the window and the price is .25 cents. I asked how are 2 ranch 1.08 when they are .25 cents…. Response I charged you for all 4…. Not really tripping on the money but going back and charging me for something you already gave me is crazy… I hope another franchise owner will open a new location in oakpoint like McDonalds did!

We come pretty regularly. But today's service was the worst I have ever had. Went through drive-in and cashier rushed through our order. Never stopped asking what else, what else, what else when I was talking. Shoved the food through the window. And didnt get all order missing burger fries and tacos. And the jack wrap was covered in grease and sauce. Very disappointed.
