I was in the drive thru. Asked for my food to be cooked fresh. When I got to the 2nd window, the cashier asked us to go in spot 3. Mind you, there was a car in front and back of me. It was hard to back out. The manager stepped in and pointed his finger at my son and said to move your car. You can do it. I have other customers in the line. He was very rude. We did move to spot 3. I went inside to talk to the manager. I told him that you don't have to talk to us like that. We spend money here 3 or 4 times a week. He said I have other customers in line and I said I am a customer as well. I asked his name and he answered my question with a question. Do you want your food or refund repeatedly. When my food came out, it was wrong. I tried to get his attention to tell him but he threw his hand up like he wasnt coming over to assist me. Never gave me his name. I should of taken the refund and taken my business elsewhere. Will drive down to the 720 or 380 east locations from now on and hopefully I will get better service there. There was one nice girl who wore glasses that saw my frustration and was helpful. Customer service did call me back and apologized but that was the end of it.

I came in on a Friday with my kids expecting to order and dine in. I had cash at the time so needed to order at the register. A manager asked me if I was ordering or picking up and when I said ordering he walked away and never came back to help. So we left and went to Whataburger across the street that had was better service. Then I ordered through Uber Eats tonight and paid for extra sauces and didn’t receive not 1 at all. If I pay for something I expert I receive it. Do better McDonald’s!

This location needs new employees or management team , I order food for my kids from this location all the time and they can’t never seem to make sure the order is correct and the customers get what they paid for , they always missing items from my order .. this is ridiculous!!!!!

They messed up my order and left out a meal. When I went back to tell them, the manager gave me the 3rd degree and treated me like I was trying to steal a meal. Dropped food out the door and shut it on me. Horrible way to treat someone when your team made a mistake. It goes without saying, I won’t ever be back.

I have had two to go orders for Filet o fish. They were terrible and just thrown together. Bun was old and hard. This was disappointing since I tried for the second time and same result.
