They do open at 10 as the lobby is open and they respond at the window, but food isn’t ready until 10:30 so I’m not really sure what the point of opening at 10 is

Why is there never any white rice? More than 3 times, around dinner time we have been told there is none. Not sure what the problem is, running out, not making any, or what!! Very disappointing!

The food was good, but the AI drive through is super clunky. The actual person who gave us our order was great, although she seemed a little overwhelmed.

Regardless of your viewpoint on replacing jobs with AI, the drive through bot is incredibly annoying.
It sounds like it is allowed to say a few different corporate lines, and then interrupts you to ask if you want anything else. Its also very bad at inputting things efficiently. We ended up getting the drinks separately from the food which makes it cost more.

If you are going to cut corners with AI, don't have it customer facing, and instead have it do something they are better at. A well trained AI could be used to assist with the ordering process, but dont let it do the important jobs like talking.

They now use a horrible AI ordering robot at the drive thru that does not work. I do not support replacing jobs with something like this, I believe others would feel the same way
